Used to be my favorite place to get Fresas con Crema, I hadn’t been there for while, the girl that helped me seemed extremely annoyed; she then proceeded to hand me a cup with the littlest amount of cream and basically filled the cup with almost whole strawberries. If you ever had Fresas con Cremas there are diced at least in quarters. Not coming back.

Food was great but the young guy with the hat & chains was rude and looked like he didn’t felt attending anyone. Still tip (shouldn’t have) but the guy was just rude about everything. It was my first time too since I enjoy going to the wingstop next to the place. Smh.

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! When my coworkers and I found out about this place, we kept going there for an entire week straight because of how delicious everything was there! We always go there for our lunch, which is the exact time it opens, so we'll be the first people there to order from the same lady every time. She was very polite and friendly to us each time, and the atmosphere was always relaxing to enjoy our food.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars simply because of the product, however the service and atmosphere just didn't allow me to. The ice cream is great, however the service we received was just depressing. Neither employee gave a smile, both had a face as if they were just dragging a**, as if they didn't want to be there. I'm not expecting anyone to be over the top joyous or filled with energy, especially at 8:30pm, however they could have done so much better, it seemed like they just didn't care. I don't want to discourage people from trying out the ice cream, maybe just go at a different time? Or perhaps go to the location on 290 and 34th, i'm surprised that one has lower ratings but I received much better service there.
