I ordered an empanada and it was ugly, nothing like the other Colombian restaurants. In the photo you can see the quality of the “empanada.” I preferred not to continue with my order and cancel since with just the entry you know what the rest will be like

Not too happy with their food. Especially the soup, the shrimps were tiny.
Everything is terrible! Starting with the service, I entered the establishment to order takeout and the staff did not even greet us in a good manner, the girl never offered us to see the menu and only asked us if we were ready to order. The taste of the food has nothing to do with it, I have eaten in different Colombian restaurants and this one has totally disappointed me. I definitely don't recommend it.

I called to place an order to go knowing that I was looking for a good columbian restaurant, but the day before I called they told me to hold and I waited for 5 minutes until I got hung up on, then today I called again and I was waiting for 10 minutes and no answer until I decided to hang up. It was at 11:35 AM I understand there’s lunch rushes but please be more staffed or at least a compotent staff that will at least go as far as taking a to go order.
