There is always flies inside, service is poor only 2 waitress and take very long to bring the food, I had a cup of coffee and while trying to get sugar the lid came off pouring the sugar all over the table, I told the waitress and she just laughed, I usually leave 5 to 10 tip but this time I left nothing and not going back even tho the chicken soup they make is very good.

I've been coming to this place for years, and it always beats all the other places I've been to, hands down. You'll rarely get an English speaking person, but that's not a problem for me since I'm bilingual, but I also that bothers some people, and sometimes the music is way too loud. I like listening to music, but if I can't hear those I'm with, then it's too dang loud. If youre looking for good sized, and very tasty pupusa, this is the place.
I used to love this place but they're attitude sucks and I don't mean just one person 3 people that work there that I have encountered are very rude. I worked in the food industry 8 plus years and no matter what I was going thru on a daily basis I never took it out on customers. Today will be my last day going here.

We always go with my family. But the cashier is terrible at serving people. She was asking for something extra to take away and she made a terrible face. I think they should have friendly, not bitter, people so they can provide better customer service. I hope when I return I won't see her again.

The rice pupusas have a good flavor but they give you very little sauce and if you ask for more they charge you for it. Last year there was good service from the waitresses now a new one has come in who is all pedantic and who thinks ordering for free is one

It took 1 hour for an order of 7 pupusas đđ˝very bad service.
I have always bought these pupusas but today, January 11, 2025, I got a surprise...it turns out that they didn't put the same cheese in the pupusas... Now they put a low-quality cheese in it, it doesn't even have salt When it starts to cool, it looks like a hard paste, nothing like the usual cheese, and you who are customers there know what I mean... It's worth calling them to let them know... But I think that for my part They have already lost a family of clients.

You arrive and they ignore you, they serve you as if they were giving you food, I greeted them and they didn't even answer me, the food was very delicious, yes, at the time of paying I had it. Waiting almost 15 minutes because the person who was charging was not there and no one else could charge. I forgot to mention that you spend about 10 minutes at the table and no one brings you a menu because everyone is in the kitchen gossiping even though the restaurant is empty.

The food was nasty. It tasted like if was storage for a long time. I will not recommend people to go there. It was not clean inside and it was nasty. My stomach was hurting after I ate that and my whole family. Please do not go there. The city needs to shut this place down. Itâs nasty. They need to do inspection on that every week because theyâre nasty.

I ordered some popusas for delivery, waited for at least 45 minutes just to get 6 popusas, after I got to my house to dine in, the people who worked there messed up on my order after I clearly told them several times about my order, gave the ladies a call about my order and in their words they told me âthat I would have to pay again for the foodâ and in my opinion its kinda silly due to the fact that i clearly explained to them several times in their native language what my order was going to be, and they still have the audacity to blame it on me about not explaining to them correctly, overall the food was meh but the service there wasnât really the best, will not be going there anymore
