La Sirena Mexican Seafood & Bar Houston

Food came late and cold… after informing the waiter about the issues they just walked away without apologizing. After several complaints the manager came without apologizing and we had to ask for a discount and all they “could” offer was a 25% even though the plate came so late everybody else on our table was done eating. Not once did we get an apology and the manager joked about making us pay for a plate that came cold and was turned back due to that. Will not be returning here, I rarely leave reviews but the service here was unjustifiable.
