The service was neither good nor bad, the food was good (nothing out of this world) but we waited 35 minutes for the dishes, they didn't have coffee, my husband wanted a drink and they didn't have it, he wanted tea and they didn't have it, after 35 minutes the food arrived. food and it was already cold. The music was so hard that there was a couple with a baby and they had to complain because it apparently woke up the baby because of how hard it sounded, and the place in general looks classless, I don't know what they were thinking when they redecorated that place. And at the end there is a “service fee” included in the account, that must be voluntary. In short, bad experience, not to return.

In the morning I was ready to go to breakfast and there was simply nothing available because the night before was very busy and supplies had already run out. The very polite waitress, who I know is not to blame, explained to us what was happening and then my friend ordered a sandwich and they gave it to him almost two hours later…. I think it has a lot to improve

Paid $17 for 6 small shrimp that were seasoned but slightly salty. Ordered it with yuca with Mojo white rice, and beans. Everything was bland no seasoning. I also paid a service charge of $1.50 on top of the tax. The original price for the plate was $14. Personally, would not recommend there was no one in there, except a young woman and an older man. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend.

Where even to begin. Let's start with the giant cockroach walking across the floor of the restaurant. When I told the waitress about it, she acted surprised and started kicking it into the kitchen. Everything I tried to order was sold out, no palomilla steak, nothing breaded. the only thing they had was Masitas and ropa vieja. She said masitas was deep fried, that thing came out super fatty and all soft like it was never put in the oil. I could not eat it, she changed it for ropa vieja. The arroz moro was with no flavor, the sweet plantains were uncooked. The credit card machine did not work, and to top it off, there was a custom fee on my receipt and when I asked her what was that, she did not know. I asked several times until she finally said, it must be the tip, but its very little. LIKE PLEASE... SERIOUSLY.... 3 people $96 dollars. and all of it was no good, the entire experience was a disaster.My daughter asked about a sandwish and they did not have. At one point I just said to her. What do you have??? 2 options, that is it. Do NOT recommend this place at all.That super loud music outside, why have tables outside when you are gonna play music so incredibly loud...?

I'm not the most experienced here but I expected mustard and pickles on my Cuban. I don'tbelieve an "authentic" Cuban would be made with mayo. That's what I found and that's what I expect. I've been searching high and low to relive the flavors of my first Cuban. Unfortunately, this one doesn't come close. The servers were excellent.
