We stopped at La Viva for lunch after my daughter's softball game. The staff were nice and friendly, the food was ok. I had the picadillo tacos, daughter had the Mac n cheese and husband ordered the chicken enchiladas. They also have an outdoor area for kids to play.

Tried a new restaurant in the neighborhood and was very pleasantly impressed. First, manager Ana is the best! She cares about her customers and her food. Queso is great consistency and the addition of fresh cilantro is a nice addition. Chips are crispy. Excellent fajitas from the outer skirt steak. Very tender and the outer skirt is very important to get that. Tortillas are house made and great. Generous portions. Ordered fajitas and I’ve got leftovers for tomorrow. I’ll dine there again!

Recommend bar tenders Oscar and Junior, always on top of everything and always making sure you are well taken care of. Manager Ana, is always attentive to her guest making sure they’re having a great time and meal meets it standards. Highly recommended this place!
