Tiramisu cake is absolutely perfect. The coffee, however, is not so good. But this isn’t a coffee shop, so it’s okay.

Cakes are good but pricey (11.50 per piece), love the rose milk tea.

I really enjoyed the cakes at Lady M — light, creamy, and not too sweet. The atmosphere is clean and elegant. A great place to treat yourself or grab dessert with friends!

I can just come to the galleria and wait for this store to open only and go back home. Bring me back to NYC, match crepe and the original. It is pricey now but it is worth it.

Rude staff, very rude staff. Go to the other location because this isn’t it at all. Will never eat here again

We used to get lady m in nyc all the time and this is on par. However the seating area is tiny and just out next to the hallway, and it was really hard to cut through the layers with the 1 plastic fork given

The store was clean and there was no wait when I visited on a Sunday @ 1pm
However, I highly suggest visiting the bigger store front vs. a satellite store in the mall.
I regularly purchase cakes at Lady M, but this store falls quite short difference in taste and freshness.

We came all the way from Austin to try these desserts with my wife we ordered the Dubai, the strawberry and the Matcha cakes a little bit on the pricey side, but can’t wait to try them. And a bottle of water is $6 bucks.

They have a zero exchange or refund policy. They sold me a spoiled drink, and when I asked them to remake it, the manager was extremely rude.

Came and ordered the iced matcha latte, received it super light colored, watery flavor, and most of the matcha clumped up or sitting at the bottom.
I drink matcha often so was excited to try a new spot. Unfortunately not only was the drink disappointing but the service as well.
I went back to kindly ask if it can be remade since it just wasn’t to my satisfaction for $6. The lady working (white & blue eyes) maybe the manager, was quite defensive and rude. First said they don’t do refunds or remakes in a rude tone but will do for this one time. Then continued to claim “the matcha is a powder that’s why there’s separation” which I fully understand but not to this extent. It was just poorly made. The second make was slightly better. Still watery and not worth the $6.
Hoping this place can fix their matcha latte recipe and customer service attitude!
Junior was the sweetest — super patient, kind, and made the whole experience way better than I expected. You can tell he actually cares about the customers. Honestly, he deserves a raise for real. People like him make a big difference!
