Well maintained. Lots of amenities, Complete with a well equipped and staffed fitness center.

Fire alarms not up to code many doors can't get through while the fire alarms inactivation elevators probably hasn't been tested probably for the last year or so so I wouldn't want to spend much time in this building
Decent place to grab a cup of Joe. Starbucks baristas they are not, but can usually make what you get from them. Place is clean.
