I went there twice. Maybe 3 times.. and according to the reviews nothing has changed. My experience was the same. Staff needs to be replaced. I now go to the one one the other side of the freeway.

I placed an order this morning to be delivered via door dash at 430 pm.... the people at the restaurant made the order immediately and told the dasher they could not remake it when she arrived to pick up my food.
The Manager was very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. It was not my fault the people at the restaurant made the order when it was placed and didn't read the fact it was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon.

I've ordered here through Doordash three times so far, and the food is always delicious. Just had some pork and chicken tamales today, and they are yummy too. Smaller than I expected, but i appreciate less calories. Great prices and great delivery. Plan on stopping in at Speedway soon.

If there was a zero star I'd give them that, worst place ever! Disgusting service, dirty place, poor, definitely don't waste your time. Go elsewhere. Food tasted like they never change grease

Who charges extra for cheese on a taco? Laredo Taco Company! The food was sub-par and it was not hot. It was not even warm. The tacos are also quite messy, but it would be fine if there was more flavor. I do not understand what all the hype is about this place! I would rather go to Tijuana Flats which has better food and at a decent price. ( Florida location)

The Laredo Taco on Fondren Rd. is so bad. The tortillas are half raw and they have flour all over them. When you take a bite it is all flour. Do not get tacos from here. gross

Ordered the Barbacoa meal several times before and it was good...but this time it was absolutely terrible and not even edible. I basically got a co tai er full of fatty leftover skin and grease with almost no meat. It was totally disgusting and it went right into the garbage. It. Is a shame because it was so good before, but I will never order again since I can't depend on quality every time. This should never have been served...they should have just cancelled the order is they had nothing but fat left..I feel like they stole from me. I basically paid $30 for tortillas because that was the o my edible thing about the meal. Oh- and they included ONE tiny , tiny salsa co Rainer for a FAMILY Barbacoa meal!!! What a JOKE!!! Do NOT order this - absolutely terrible.

Sa O bad I wouldn't eat this crap again if I was homeless and starving. I say boycott this place like plaque. Asked for a refund and was told you tried it you eat it no refunds. I ate one bite and spit this crappy food out. 711 wake up and get rid of this crap before you get someone else sick like it did me after one bite.never again.

The food was good but the customer service left alot to be desired. Went to the location on Western near Archer at the 711 and was literally ignored for a good 8 minutes before I was asked if I had questions. Then the staff went to the back awhile before coming back to make the food. Clearly did not want to be bothered
Had my first experience here today and it was awful. So salty I could not even eat the carnitas taco I got. More fat than meat as well.

Went to the new location they opened in Chicago illinois mckinley park and the food was horrible. Meat was not warm enough. Tortillas were dry. Would never go back. Took the 20 mins to make 4 tacos. Quality of the food was horrible. I've had better tacos than that. The sauce even tase old. Overall the while experience was horrible. Don't ask if you want corn or flour just assume you want flour.

Gross they mixed the old chicken with the new nasty then when I told them they denied it. The chicken taco meat tasted rotten. Then the beans was watered down no flavor

Customer services store #41896. Manager Maricalla is horrible and very racial profiling . I never out my 42yrs and 14 yrs customer services never been treated the way she did. I have experienced her treated other ppl (Black male) wrong but her ethical very well off respect. I wish someone would Just reach out. or go uncover and watch how she treat customer of a different racial. I know nothing will be done. I can keep spending the word on social media. A platform for sure. ...
