I just went and ordered a taco there was a middle eastern lady doing the food and the tortilla was hella cold felt like i was eating a gum. First time coming to this location. Probably not coming for food here again.

I give 4 stars to crystal (cashier) very friendly and greeted me with a smile upon check out, very polite . The food on the other had as just not it , the breakfast tacos were too greasy and dry if that makes any sense , the tortillas seemed like they were premade the night before and reheated this morning ,definitely no fresh ingredients there , the restrooms were missing toilet paper, napkins, and soap, the faucet and sink were definitely dirty and looked like there was mold . I would only stop here for gas or snacks, not their actual food.

The food and experience can be great but the company lacks the knowledge to hire and train great employees. The manager of the kitchen was a "slave driver." She saw her employees understaffed and would not help. Why would a company let this happen.

I've come to this location every weekday morning for the past 4 or 5 years and watched it go downhill slowly. It is now the worst location of them all. Food is cold, hard, and has a film like it has been sitting. That is, IF they even have items. Most days, they are out of beans and bacon. One day, they tried to tell me they were out of eggs, but I could see a carton of them behind the counter so she ended up making some eggs for me.I normally sit down at the provided tables and eat my meal with coffee but they are now using these tables as a storage area and rarely have coffee made. If you walk to the counter and ask for coffee, they will mostly ignore you but occasionally will make more coffee.I don't think there is any leadership here and the employees are left to their own devices.

Place is horrible, always out of stuff, rude people behind the counter, place fell off after being bought by 7-11, they should really shut this location down.

For the last few years, I have stopped at this location at least 3-4 times a week on my way to work. It is hit or miss here and after this morning, I am looking for a new route and routine. The coffee machines don't work most of the time and they are always out of stuff in the drink coolers. One time I went in and they had coffee cups with lids that didn't fit them. This morning, they didn't have unsweet tea in the drink coolers so I got the unsweet tea from their tea containers. I get to work and it's sweet tea. They had no beans or cheese for breakfast tacos. It's just very frustrating to go spend my money somewhere and not get what I paid for. The quality of everything at this store has deteriorated dramatically over this last year. Very disappointing!

Stopped at 5 stores today and They never have the chicken legs

Every other Laredo is good but this one really is bad. We ordered tacos for the office received no salsas, the tacos were cold and the tortillas were cracked when they were folded indicating they were cold when the taco was made. Manager was absolutely condescending and rude when contacted about it. Do everything in your power to avoid this location. I really don't know if this has anything to do with the 7-11 merger or buyout but it's definitely not making a good impression.

Laredo Taco Company usually will have very good breakfast tacos, but not at this location. If you order a meat item with your eggs it will be hard to find or taste since they chop it up so finely that I don't believe you are getting your money's worth. The flour tortillas are not fresh & maybe not even handmade.?? for this location.
