The huitlacoche quesadillas are a must. I love the hand made blue corn tortillas. It doesn’t get any more authentic than this.

Las Chenchas is seriously one of my favorite spots! Their quesadillas are the best — perfectly cheesy, crispy, and just so good every time. The sauce is amazing too; it’s got the perfect flavor and makes everything taste even better.
The vibe inside is awesome — super chill and welcoming. Plus, the people who work there are really nice and make you feel at home right away.
I love this place so much that I know I’ll be coming back again and again for years to come! 🌮❤️

Came here once after hearing this place sell delicious blue quesadillas and I order 5 quesadillas and they were expensive for such little size and when I ask for salsa the lady rudely told me to get it over there (a little stand) and when I arrive at the stand it was empty and messy so I left disgusted

Great place to eat and the quesadillas are so good today I had the picadillo and chile relleno. The picadillo it was not good but over all the food is great I love the chicharron quesadilla. Very tasteful food.

We came here for the first time and tried the quesadillas—they were really good! The way it works is you order your food at the front counter, and then they bring it to your table. If you want extras like salsa, cilantro, or onions, you go up to the station in the front to serve yourself. I do think the prices are a little high for the portion size, but overall, the food was tasty and we enjoyed it.

Order two quesadias one longanisa and a chicharon con chile rojo on a homemade black corn tortilla and a jamaica water they are so good do recommend come and try them
If you like Goya style canned Huitlacoche then go for it…….
If you like flor de calabaza that resembles everything but that. Go for it… not fresh.
If you like misleading service practices and OVERPRICED food then by no means come eat here.
Confirmed by employee that it’s canned sourced. I appreciate the honesty its obvious either way despite counter review replies.
Not everyone cares and I understand.
Just disappointed from the social media hype and driving so many miles for this.
If you like protein choices…. Then stay away.
Hope this helps others….
Si te gusta el huitlacoche en lata, intento de flor de calabaza (no se que era pero no era flor de calabaza) entonces tienes que comer aqui.
$40 por dos personas y una de ellas de 6 añitos. Espero y ayude a los demas.

Super Rico y excelente servicio
The quesadillas are very delicious, but the coffee is not good, they should sell pot coffee and use clay plates and that would be perfect!! As for the stews, everything is delicious!!

No pues wow. A true blue corn tortilla! A quick google search shows me that the blue corn is one of the oldest varieties of corn dating back to the 1500s. I’d like to think my ancestors were enjoying this exact type of quesadilla just as much as I am right now. Seriously though what a delicious quesadilla. I don’t know how this has less than 5 stars. I hadn’t been to this location in over 6 years. Still as good as I remember. The blue corn quesadilla is such a Mexican staple that you won’t find just anywhere. Freshly made it’s a MUST TRY. Also had the huarache (not pictured) which was just as good. A delectable agua fresca that really quenched my thirst. Most definitely made with love and in house. I advise you try that hidden jewel.
