Everything on the menu looks so good, it was hard to decide what to order! So instead of buying everything, I settled on the Bistec Ranchero. It's a simple yet delicious plate of what I believe is fajita beef and bell peppers and onions in a really nice tangy and savory sauce which was served with white rice, salad, and some very dark and tasty refried beans and 2 fresh made tortillas that were so soft and warm.
