We tried the chefs tasting menu. The Food was mid, nothing special. Not creative at all. And not worth the price.
Do you want to be served very slowly over 3 hours and leave hungry? This is your place

Late August was excellent and every one of the food items didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend Late August for lunch or dinner.
As always, we enjoyed an outstanding meal at Late August. We ordered a la carte, but next time we will definitely try the tasting menu. We had a chance to chat with owner Chris Williams and learned about some of his other projects involving farming and regional produce. Such a cool endeavor!
We enjoyed the chef's tasting menu with wine pairing, and loved it from start to finish. Perfect sized portions and tons of flavor.
Went for my first time today with friends for lunch and all of us were very pleased with everything. The food had an abundance of different flavors with each bit! I ordered oyster, memelisa, and brussels dishes. We'll definitely be back to try out their happy hour. Wish I had taken pictures of food, because it was as beautiful as it was delicious!

Ordered the Texas Caesar to carry out. Server didn’t advise about protein being extra or ask if any was desired. Paid $15 for a few pieces of lettuce, a cherry tomato cut in half, maybe two slices of avocado, and some dressing. This took 25 min to prepare. Realized there was no protein and returned. The GM shared protein was extra, to which I responded with surprise given the price. It took them another 20 min to prepare a small amount of thin pieces of chicken.

The tasting menu was excellent and cocktails were delicious. The menu was a nice progression and it was just the right amount of food. Highly recommended.

One of the best meals we've had in a while, truly delicious food. We had a big group so tried a number of dishes. Standouts were: dressed oysters, philly handpies, field pea hummus, fried chicken, and rib tacos. It's in the Ion, so parking is in that big lot. Definitely worth a visit.

One of my favorite food and drink experiences I've had in a long time. Amazing food, delicious cocktails, immaculately designed space and great music taste on top of all that.
What a nice place to meet up with friends. Ask about origin of the name
