Rodolfo gives off excellent customer service. The food is really good, i recommend getting the oreo shake, it’s a 10/10.

I’m broke atm, so umm… I just got the potato salad. Potato salad was a 8/10. Portion size was ok.

Expect to pay $15.00 and up.

Will be coming back, because my cousin hype it up and well it looks good.

my coworker told me about this place and i'm so glad i tried it! i've always liked having gravy as my dipping sauce and wished that there was spicy tenders out there and this place is it!! everything was great!

How is this still on your wall? It’s so disturbing. Other Laynes in Houston have NASA/rockets type stuff. I’ll eat at other Laynes but I can’t support this. It’s not funny.

Layne’s had some tasty juicy chicken with a nice flavor on the breading. It’s not overly breaded but has a nice crunch. The tenders are a bit small compared to the competition. That’s my main complaint. Otherwise it’s very tasty! The sauces were all good that I tired.

There was an issue with the laynes chicken app. I sent a feedback message and Carlos was quick to respond, He got the meals added back to my account quickly. He followed up with me and appreciated his willingness to make this situation right.

Pretty sure they hand curated the tiniest chicken strips imaginable to mankind for my sandwich. Then they cut it in half and removed all the chicken to where it was just fried bread. This place used to be good but i've noticed the chicken strip sizes getting considerably small

The service was a little iffy at first when our order was wrong. However, manager Luke really handled everything perfectly to leave us satisfied. He is a true example of how service used to be back then. Will come again.
