This place used to be the best, but after a change in ownership, OMG! The fried fish is the same, but everything else is questionable. I had the boil today and it was just watery juice, potatoes was hard as concrete, and the sausage is no longer a sausage it’s a wiener link. For $14.49 I just feel like more consideration should be taken when making the food. You can not make a shrimp boil in 1hoir and expect for it to be good. Glad the other owners left the recipe for the tartar sauce because without that I probably wouldn’t eat there at all! All I can say is it is not.

Went to place and it is dirty. Since the new owners took over the food is not the same. Always would purchase the crawfish shrimp cancun fried rice, now it tasteless and bland. The fish is Swan and not catfish. The place is really going dowm.

I pre-ordered and pre-paid online right 30 minutes I go to pick up my food. First off it was extremely hot when I walked in two guys sitting in front of the fans looking dirty and sweaty. I didn't feel right about getting the food but I paid already. Go home I eat my food ten minutes later I feel sick to my stomach. Worst pain ever I ended up on the toilet and throwing up at the same time. My homegirl crawfish tasted funny, there shrimp salty as hell. If you value your life do not eat anything from this place. I would not be surprised if this place doesn't pass inspection. They have the nerve to charge $2 for a small thing of extra tarter sauce. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I HAD FOOD POISONING!!! I REPEAT DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM THERE.

Disappointing Experience at Your Restaurant - Feedback from a Regular Customer

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent visit to your establishment. As a regular customer who has consistently enjoyed the food and service at your restaurant, I was taken aback by the experience I had on my most recent visit.

On this occasion, I ordered a meal consisting of two pieces of catfish, six large shrimp, and a side of fries. Unfortunately, the food I received was cold and overcooked. The fries, in particular, appeared to have been reheated multiple times, resulting in an unappetizing and overly crispy texture. This was quite a departure from the high-quality meals I am accustomed to receiving at your restaurant.

Adding to my disappointment was the response I received from the cashier on duty when I brought up these issues. Rather than addressing my concerns with the professionalism and courtesy I have come to expect, he was dismissive and impolite. This lack of respect for a customer's feedback was deeply disheartening.

I have always enjoyed dining at your restaurant, which is why this experience was especially surprising and disappointing. Quality food and exceptional customer service are the hallmarks of your establishment, and I believe this incident does not reflect the standards you strive to uphold.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that such an incident does not recur. As a loyal customer, I am hesitant to return after this experience, but I am hopeful that this can be addressed so that I can continue to enjoy the excellent service and food I have always appreciated at your restaurant.

The fish was reheated. It taste like it was reheated in the microwave and wasn’t fresh. It took them 30min to give me my order while I sat there waiting. Do not go there.

The lies ya'll tell this place is terrible! It's run down, the fish taste fake, the fried rice is unseasoned (bland), the Cajun rice is over seasoned (salty), they use frozen fried shrimp, and there was a hair in the tartar sauce. The only positive I took away from this place is the pricing, but I guess you get what you pay for. It's a NO for me.
