You won't hear a peep from me about this place being as good as others say it is. I'm not a fan at all of this local chain, which has French food that seems mediocre at best. I just don't like this kind of food, but I've had it at some really great local places like Angie's, which is dirt cheap and really won me over. To come here in future is only going to happeni if someone dragged me here, which is how I ended up at both of the Peep occasions that I've eaten that in the past. Very overrated, but beloved by the community so 3 stars is okay. However they've recently closed down and will be missed by many.

This place had amazing food and the service was A1. The pancakes were so good they almost melt in your mouth. The mimosas were great as well!

A word of thanks and appreciation. The place where I have spent my “Brunch” (since I don’t get up in time for ‘breakfast’) hours for the past 25 years or so is closing as a direct result of Covid-19 and the toll it has taken on their business.Tuesday, August 18 will be the final day of operation for the West Chase location of Le Peep Restaurants.I have spent many hours in this restaurant, and got to know the friendly and helpful staff very well. It wasn’t unusual for us to discuss their hopes, dreams, family and what they want to accomplish.I’ve seen people who worked at Le Peep go on to become police officers, teachers and others who started their own businesses.I’ve met the owners and always enjoyed visiting with them. The family has had many celebrations at the restaurant, birthdays, meeting with friends and for me special times sharing a meal and conversation with my daughter, Jennifer.Memories abound.I will especially miss my conversation and interactions with the manager, my friend, Brian Robinson.Brian and I have more than once ‘solved all the world’s problems’ as we engaged in stimulating and thoughtful conversation over the past several years. I’m going to miss that.Thank you Le Peep for all the years of feeding me and the times I will never forget.I wish everyone associated with this fine restaurant the very best.- Dan

This is another review I needed to finish. Was at the Westchase location a couple of weeks ago and I enjoyed myself. The outside of the restaurant is well manicured. Once inside the greet is very friendly. The restaurant is clean and neat. They have a great selection of food and drinks for breakfast-pancakes,french toast, sticky buns and eggs benedict to name a few. Coffee refills on time and friendly waiters and waitresses.

LOVED this place. Me and my SO went here on a Sunday morning and it was delicious. Short wait, hot food, and great service. Loved the atmosphere and biscuits and gravy.

Love the healthier options.....a great variety for the breakfast lover! I had the Healthy Benedict, which is scrambled egg whites, tomato, and thinly sliced turkey over an English muffin with low fat cheddar! Yummy. Served with a side of salsa and fresh fruit. My family members had an assortment of dishes, all were perfect and service is really great! Not overcrowded and not a long wait at 10:00 on Sunday a.m.

I have tried this place 4 or 5 times over the last 5 years and it's always the same story, I walk in and they do NOT ask they sit me where they want and where is best for them. And it's usually next to the obnoxiously loud people or screaming child. 15 open tables open but I have to sit where is best for them. I'm the paying customer, not you. Mediocre food, self-absorbed staff and management has always been this places problem.

Booth/open table sitting with a Denny’s like atmosphere. Luckily, the food was better than the initial impression. Had the breakfast tacos which were very filling but fresh and had tasty chorizo. Ordered a grapefruit juice and it was almost a litre in size. And that was a “regular”. Everything is bigger in Texas apparently.

First time customer. Food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the breakfast miga plate. Meals come with complimentary lemon water. Portions & flavor of food is just perfect.

I was in town to watch the Titans beat the Texans, so I stopped here for breakfast. The food was amazing and the service was impressive. I loved how they handle their business. Fairly priced, and quality food.
