My experience was severely impacted by the behavior of one of your workers, Kevyn, who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. His attitude was dismissive, and he seemed to ignore my presence, which I found both unprofessional and frustrating. His lack of comprehension and unwillingness to assist made the entire interaction extremely unpleasant.

Love this place. The food options are fantastic, and honestly way better than Sweetgreen or most other salad spots. It’s healthy without making you feel like you’re stuck eating rabbit food. The service is great, and you can tell it’s a true neighborhood favorite. My husband is obsessed with the Alamo salad bowl. It’s fresh, flavorful, and healthy, but still actually satisfying, not just a pile of vegetables.

I ate here on Monday, Jan. 19, I ordered the Alamo with tofu at around 2 p.m. I got food poisoning and im still throwing up today. I will not come back here. It seems to me that their produce is not fresh. I definitely think it’s from their kale. I would not recommend getting kale from here. I’ve been sick ever since.

Thought I'd try something new on a trip to Katy from clear lake. Disappointing experience as I've had better health bowls elsewhere. The food area was messy; in need of cleaning and organizing. No vegan dressing choices other than oil and vinegar. Shame the citrus sounded good. The women's bathroom sink does not work--a health code violation in most states. Had to go in the unisex bath to wash my hands and it was disgustingly nasty. 🤢 Hope folks don't get sick if staff are not able to do proper hand washing. 7pm. 3 tables in use. Music too loud.Won't return as there are just too many great options not far away.
Yesterday in the middle of a rush Purple made me the best bowl with so much love! I always hope that I get them when I come in.💜💜💜

I frequent this establishment multiple times a week, and while I’ve always felt the employees can be a bit unfriendly, today’s level of customer service was especially disappointing. I ordered a common table bowl and dined in, but when I needed a lid to take the rest home, I stood at the cash register for about two minutes. Two different employees looked directly at me and never asked if I needed assistance. I had to speak up just to be acknowledged.
Although one of the employees was working on to-go orders, no customer should feel intentionally ignored when standing right in front of staff. Additionally, there seemed to be excessive employee chatting instead of focusing on helping customers. I hope management addresses this, as I’ve noticed similar concerns mentioned in other reviews. I truly enjoy the food, but in my opinion, the customer service is lacking.

The cashier who rung up my order totally try to ignore her teammate who walked up to ask for her assistance with a task. She had such a reluctant and nasty attitude with her teammate. I had to literally make her assistance her own colleague which gave me the ick. I swear companies just hire anybody nowadays. wouldn't know how to survive if I had a co-worker like that. Definitely not coming here anymore Too much eyeliner as well. Not cute at all
