The American Club has to be one of my favorite sandwiches. Those cookies, macadamia/chocolate, are too good. And it has to be "Lenny's Way." Excellent staff, especially Kyambrie, clean and quick.

Very rude. We came in because our sandwich wasn't made right and overheard the cook mocking and talking about us. An employee came out and told me that the cook didn't make it right because he does drugs. I don't know how true that is, but the way he was talking in the back i believe it. Next time he should come out and say something. And the bacon philly wasn't good either. Didn't taste fresh at all.

The Lenny’s by our house closed down a few years ago, tragically. Just happened to be in this area today and couldn’t wait to eat here. So glad we did! The staff was so friendly and patient and even got a high chair for our baby. The sandwiches were amazing! Fresh bread, generous meat portions and all the fixings! Thanks you!

Hello. I wanted to write this review because I think it's very important to let the right people know when they have an exceptional employee / manager. I have been twice this week with catering orders to Lenny's on Main here in Houston. These poor people were so short handed due to staff not showing (you could tell that was the issue). By some luck I got to speak to Lanya Guajardo while I was waiting for our order. Not only was she cool as a cucumber in an extremely stressful situation (there appeared to be many catering orders as well as regulars customers on both days that we came in). Not only was she calm, collected and getting it all done, she was above all very, very friendly and so professional. It's people like her that make people like me and my company return to Lenny's time and again. We could go to any sub shop because there are tons of other places to go, but when you are treated so well, and witness such incredible customer service it makes returning to Lenny's a no brainer. I hope you appreciate her because she is very few and far between in this workforce these days. I appreciate the quality of food, but moreover I really appreciate the quality of the service. I don't know what Ms. Guajardo's path in life is, but I can tell this, she will go far wherever she goes. Thank you for employing nothing short of an incredible asset to your establishment. Thank you Lanya for your service, she friendliness and for your example to your team on how it's done, you're a fantastic manager!

Placed an almost $50 order and received a bag of chips and a drink. No sandwiches. Horrible customer service. The so called manager Lahya stated a refund took place through door dash provided a reference number and contact phone number, call door dash to be informed that since it was an order placed on Lenny's platform they are refunded directly and then Lenny's is supposed to refund the customer. So you can imagine the waste of time and energy back and forth. Called the store back and the manager once again acts clueless and states that she informed the refund was complete..... so why would you lie and provide the door dash information if the store was handling it. When I ask for a manager or someone that will resolve my refund I was told that I would receive an email confirmation of my refund. Next day still no resolution. Called back in and same person..states that a Manager will call me back, he is too busy to return a call because he is taking care of another business. All I am asking is to receive a refund for items that I never received. The inconvenience, the lies, my time and energy that I have had to put into this request is really just uncalled for. Wish I could review the food from this restaurant, but guess what......we didn't get it. So hopefully we will receive our money back at some point when the owner/operator/manager decides to take care of their business and its customers.

Sad to come in here never had an issue before, I placed an online order with Lenny's App for delivery . 2 drinks, 2 subs, 2 chips , 2 cookies. I didn't receive drinks, I received incorrect chips, and the details i added for each sandwich weren't completed as stated. I called and spoke with a woman who stated was a store manager who did not seem the least to care about the issue i called about either a refund or at least reissuing the items that weren't correct to redeliver the attitude she had was no use for being a store manager. As I stated I love Lenny's but had 2 bad experiences with them recently and makes me feel I will never want to spend my hard working money with them again I hate wasting money on an establishment that doesn't give you what your order and then have a issue with calling regarding the simple mistake. You guys avoid using app because if something is wrong they will not fix there mistake

Check out this amazing chicken Philly at Lenny's! Whenever Xavier and Chris are on duty, they consistently deliver exceptional service. Their dedication surpasses any I've experienced before. I highly recommend Lenny's to anyone who loves Philly sandwiches or appreciates outstanding service.

I've been coming here for at least 10 years. The food is consistently good and the staff members are friendly and really put forth an effort toward their customers' satisfaction. I understand that there has been a management change, but everything is seemingly just the same as before - which I like, because this is a great place.

This Lenny's is clean, and the service is consistent. Their Philly cheesesteak is my favorite here, really tasty. The fountain drinks here are also well calibrated and taste right every time. Overall, it's a good spot to come for lunch when you're in the area. I will continue to come back if the food and service remain of this quality. ??

Made DoorDash order, requested to be contacted bc I’m allergic to onions. They didn’t have option for no onions. Manager didn’t care.I had to cancel order, and lost $50.
