The slogan should be "Dry". Dry brisket, dry pulled pork, and dry "coleslaw". You need every speck of BBQ sauce to get this food down. And I put coleslaw in quotations because without any kind of sauce, it's pretty much a damn salad at that point. I've had well done steaks that were more tender than the brisket.

I was going Downtown and got hungry . I stop at this place and got a Loaded baked potato ❤️it . I was worth stopping by. The staff was very professional and friendly and service was at 10 minutes. I did not have to wait long at all. Thank you I am full❤️

The barbecue was very bland, dry, and not flavorful. There are so many better options in Houston. It was a waste of money. The price on the menu online is not accurate either. I give the food 2 stars. The guys working in the office were nice. The woman and man working in the kitchen today were rude. The entrance takes you right into the kitchen. Customers should not be walking through the kitchen. That’s unsanitary. I thought I came in through the wrong entrance, so the man working in the kitchen rudely told me where to go to place my order. The woman (with glasses) that came out to hand me my order had a very bad attitude. I thanked her, but she rolled her eyes and walked away. Mediocre food and bad service. I will not be returning to this place.

Food was very bland ! No seasoning. No smoke aroma of hickory, mesquite, or pecan wood in the air.?Terrible to call this bbq, I wasted my money. It was Halloween day though Oct.31-2023, so maybe they were tricking me ? Next time I want real bbq, I'll be at Pappas, Gatlins, Goode Co, or Triple Js.?Lennox is very overrated, when I drive up to a bbq place. I expect to see smoke, smell smoke, and most of all taste the flavor of a well done pit master. Not ever, ever going back !
Lenox Barbecue has always been the go-to restaurant when my family needs brisket or ribs or Thanksgiving turkeys and the best food service for many many years!! I've grown to know them personally and would never change or go somewhere else for the best BBQ in Houston...

I’m not sure how they are calling this “ smoked”. There is no smoke aroma ANYWHERE!! That was a red flag got me. But I tried it anyway… no smoke flavor or seasoning on the chicken or brisket!!! Not even lightly seasoned. And the meat was dry.
