This is the place that I enjoyed the Bo Ne dish the most.

Don’t waste your money going to this place. I understand you don’t want to drive too far for a banh mi but this is just awful. We at multiple Vietnamese places, been to Vietnam, and this my folks, is not what I expected.

The royal egg rolls were good but stay away from the “baguette” banh mi. $40 for two banh mis and now here I am writing this review and still hungry. (-_-)

One more thing, they took forever with the food. We walked in to order after picking up coffee at Luce, now that’s a good spot.

Amazing atmosphere. Bahn mi is alright (the bread is phenomenal), I would definitely recommend the chicharrones because it is incredible.

This venue is a great option for Vietnamese food without venturing too far from the Loop. It offers quick, no-fuss counter service and a bright, inviting dining room with plenty of seating. You’ll find all the standard favorites like vermicelli bowls, banh mi, and spring rolls, along with some more unique dishes—my personal favorite being the roasted bone marrow. It’s definitely on the pricier side for Vietnamese fare, but considering the location, presentation, and portion sizes, it makes sense. All in all, a solid choice.

Les Ba’get has been one of my favorite hidden gems in Houston. Every time I come here, I’m blown away by how fresh and flavorful the food is. The banh mi and pho are always on point, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. What I love most is that it feels like more than just a meal, it’s comfort food with heart. The space has a cozy, modern vibe that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy. I’m proud to support them and always look forward to coming back.

I odeed your spring rolls. They weren't tight. Everything falling out out. More veggies than protein. I won't be purchasing those again. There wasn't any peanut sauce. 😕

Shout out to Esenia for providing excellent service! I had forgotten my take-out order after eating lunch and didn’t realize I forgot it until I got home from work. I felt really dumb to have forgotten the bag on my table. I then called and Esenia picked up. She remembered me! She remembered what I ordered and where I sat—and knew I left behind my take-out order. She told me they tried to run out to give me the bag but couldn’t catch up; so they held on to the bag and hoped I’d come back for it 🥲. Such a great business with honest workers. You guys have a repeat and loyal patron from me!

My daughters and I were visiting for work purposes and stumbled upon this cute spot while grabbing coffee. We decided to try the brisket baguette, pork baguette, and bánh bao appetizer. The atmosphere was mellow, and the self-serve ordering option was convenient.

Pros:
• The brisket baguette was delicious and had a great portion.
• The bánh bao appetizer tasted fantastic once it cooled down.
• The restaurant was very clean.
• Self-serve water and to-go boxes were a nice touch.

Cons:
• The pork baguette, though aesthetically pleasing, had a very unpleasant smell. I believe the meat had gone bad. I asked the waitress for a refund and informed her about the issue, although no response.
• The bánh bao were extremely hot and we had to wait until after our main meal to try them. Even then, they were still too hot, and we ended up burning our tongues.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor customer service. We were really excited to try this place, but the lack of attentiveness and hospitality left us disappointed. In a city like Houston, where there are so many great dining options, customer service is crucial. It’s unfortunate, but we won’t be returning, as we were truly looking forward to a great meal.
