Amazing food! Stopped in for snacks and couldn’t believe that the food was actually gluten free! So tasty and great texture on the baked items! Customer service was incredible, my girlfriend and I can’t wait to come back and try more options!!!

I stumbled upon Leven Bakery & Cafe during an unexpected trip to the Houston area, and wow—what a find! As someone who needs gluten-free options, I did a quick search hoping to discover a place that truly understands allergens. Not only did this bakery meet my expectations, it completely exceeded them. For the first time in years, I had a fried chicken sandwich—and it was nothing short of amazing. The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, and that buttermilk crunch coating was crispy with just the right amount of texture. It’s rare to find gluten-free food that doesn’t feel like a compromise, but this absolutely did not feel like one. I also had one of their scones, and it was fantastic! Hoping to return before I head back out of state.

⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stopped by Leven Bakery in Bellaire on Sunday and had a nice experience. Plenty of parking and lots of seating, which was great. I ordered the burger (comes with a choice of salad) and added an egg, plus a cappuccino. Potatoes were yummy, though portions are a bit small. Chill atmosphere, relaxed music, and a comfortable spot to hang out. Overall good, but portions could be a bit bigger.

This was one of my surprise bags on first using TGTG and it was hands-down the best. Also the furthest 😄. It's a bit of a drive for me (50+ min) but whenever I'm back in the area I will stop by just to dine in. It is the cutest Cafe and the friendliest service. The menu items sound so good and they have high ratings-I check those always. If you have time, please consider coming on down to Cypress 🙂

100% gluten free. Which in H town feels revolutionary. Their gluten free nuggets are amazing. Will be back routinely even though it’s a 40 min drive for me.

We received such a warm and friendly welcome at the bakery. The food here was delicious and safe. Our favorite combination!

They are not too far off of I-10 and worth the extra couple of minutes to get to.

We had the fried chicken sandwich and the chicken nuggets with sides of potato salad and leven potatoes. We got tres leches cake, granola, and a cowboy cookie for the road. So good!!

I was really excited to eat here as it’s certified GF. The staff were very friendly and helpful with my other allergy to make sure there would be no issues. The date latte was delicious along with the GFC Nuggets and French toast.

An amazing little cafe/bakery that specializes in gluten free food. We enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich and the patty melts.

First time here and if you hadn’t told me it was gluten free, i wouldn’t even know. I had the crunchy chicken sandwich and it was good. The other people in my party had the avocado toast and the burger. Both approved and the bread tastes good too. Only item not good was the rotisserie chicken. Extremely dry. Needed water to pass it. Coffee is good too ☕️

I’ve been here three times, hoping the food would get better as I tried different options. First time was the chickpea sandwich. Another time was the salmon bowl. This time it was the chicken sandwich, which was by far the most disappointing. Simply put, the food is bland and dry. The chicken started like it was frozen and reheated. It reminded me of a McDonald’s chicken sandwich given how thin and dry the patty was. The plate in the photo is exactly how it was served to me.

Maybe if you’re truly GF, this is paradise, but I would skip it if you don’t have allergies or sensitivities. The coffee was not good and the pastries were just okay.
