Liberty kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants. I had a date I wanted to impress so brought her here. The ambiance was perfect. Hostess was nice and waiter was beyond amazing with the service. He came at perfect times to check in on us as well just left us to enjoy the conversation. Top tier service. And thank you for placing the roses on the table! My date was beyond shocked and it made her night as it made her feel special.
The food and ambience were great as usual, but unfortunately, the service was very slow. It took us almost 2 hours to get our main course. This is not what I usually expect from liberty kitchen.
We did the restaurant weeks menu. So much potential but it wasn't as good as it should have been. The oysters were teeny tiny with too much sauce(to make them look bigger?) better to have a better ratio! The redfish was delicious perfectly cooked. Just need more sauce. I desperately wanted to eat the broccoli but it wasn't so undercooked that it could not be cut with a knife. The raspberry white chocolate bread pudding was delicious perfectly cooked it however need sauce...
