Stopped in today with my mom, purchased a rib and sliced beef sandwich, the que was really good, I loved the seasoning on the ribs but please add just a little more, not sure if they use lighter fluid, but I think they might, eliminate this and you have some killer ribs, you'll give triple J's a run for their money if you make a few changes, like fix you restaurant up, give the place a good cleaning, including the grill, and throw some new paint on the building. Just clean up period, but other than that, good ribs.
