The food is always fresh with great quality ingredients and a portion size that always fills me up! I always get the poke bowl I believe it's the 2 protein one.

For some reason they cannot get online delivery orders correct, missing multiple items from orders on more than one occasion and no one is ever available to answer the phone.

Why is there so much damn rice?? Like the rice to protein ratio use to be make sense but now there’s way too much rice for the price I’m paying for each large bowl. I’d still go here though but make the rice to protein ratio make sense.

I used to go here pretty often, but yesterday I was so disappointed. My poke bowl was lacking in almost every way. Toppings were missing and what was on there was so little. The cucumber was bad, the tiny bit of tuna and salmon that was added was warm and soppy. My smoothie was runny and then a snow cone at the bottom. I also ordered ahead, thru the business website, which the business says they prefer when you order online and they never even saw my order until after I got there asking for it. For $25 aka 1/4 of $100, I'd expect a lot more. It's such a shame bc this place introduced me to poke and used to be SO GOOD (minis the time there was a long hair in my bowl). Definitely new management or something, but definitely lost a long time customer.

I miss the old workers at this place, the food is Terrible, and tasteless. They gave me raw salmon after I left in the comment for my salmon to be cooked, rice gummy, and the sauces are old tasting (uber eats order) the quality of this food went down. I would never spend a dollar here again

I order doordash here often and usually it's no problem but today whoever made my bowl shorted me on rice and drenched my bowl in eel sauce making it inedible.

This place used to be amazing. I've been a regular here for the last two years, going once a week. I guess they sold the business, cause these new people don't know what they are doing. Portions are terrible, the shrimp tempura is not fresh fried anymore, they air-fry it out of a bag. The spicy tuna is a whole different consistency and texture, probably out of a bag too instead of being made fresh. They don't know how to portion the ingredients in the bowl. You want pineapple and some cilantro? Take two cubes of pineapple and a giant handful of cilantro. It literally doesn't make sense. Also the whole time the guy was assembling My husband's bowl and mine, the guy kept talking about how his testicles were hurting. Beyond unprofessional and gross for a restaurant. I am not spending my money here until they fix it or bring the old lady back. She actually cared unlike these people. And the new claw machines are tacky. The new owners literally just can't do anything right. Every week I used to go during lunch time and there would be NO CUSTOMERS in the whole restaurant, so its not like they didn't need my business. They new owner is flopping on their investment and it makes me so sad to see this place probably go out of business soon.

Used to come here once every two weeks at least, more likely to say 3 times a month. Since the old owners have sold to the new ones, every sense of quality has been replaced with mediocrity. Portion sizes, quality of meat, taste, and customer service have all become horrible. Not to mention the weird inclusion of 'gacha' games inside of a little restaurant made it feel claustrophobic. I have since tried twice to see if it was a fluke, but each time I would receive sparse toppings and half filled scoops of fish. I would always order the same bowl, a large 3 protein bowl with shrimp tempura, spicy salmon and spicy tuna. The tempura is now pre-fried and heated in a small air frier which felt soggy and bland, when before it was obviously fresh cut and fried shrimp that had a crispy texture and flavorful breading. The salmon is now stringy, poorly cut, and greasy while the Tuna appears grey and slimy. Major turn offs as the appeal of a poke-bowl should be the 'wow' factor of seeing a colorful display of toppings and fresh fish. I couldn't rate this lower and won't be coming back unless the ownership changes.

Smallest portions ever even for a large. Protein is flavorless. Scoops are very small of everything. I reccomend ahii poke, 10000% much better.

Food is amazing!!! Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and Tyler given me great service! I got a custom poke bowl and everything (from the fish to the toppings) was super fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean with a chill vibe. Definitely one of the better poke spots around. Definitely coming back.
