Customer service is horrible! I was cussed out because I asked multiple times for an order that was placed online. Everyone in the establishment has no sense of professionalism at all. I’ve worked fast food i understand it can be a bit challenging at times but it’s not what you say it’s how you say it ! Please and thank you goes a long way. The staff went off on multiple people at 11:00AM because they was short staffed ! But it was like 5 workers there , they have no sense of organization and was upset because they couldn’t put they head together and work as a team to get the orders handled instead they want to talk about the customers and not in the predicament to. The lady with 1 tooth in her mouth got into it with a customer whom was there since 10:50am ! Then the man whom cussed me out tossed the food on the counter and proceeded to have spit come out of his mouth

I normally go to this little caesar's often, not sure what is going on at this place anymore! Came on 3-29 and several ppl aggressively asking for money at door & get mad when u say no! There was a lady literally standing at the register where u pay,with a note asking for money etc..no one said a thing! That's very uncomfortable!I ordered a cheese pizza and was literally charged almost $9 dollars..I have never n my life paid nearly $9 for a cheese pizza! The cashier never even gave me a receipt just took my money & gave me back change! Total was 8.87 ! Not sure if they r stealing or what! Will not b returning anytime soon! I bought a pizza here 2 weeks ago & there was no dough at the bottom of most of the pizza.. that's crazy!

Type in your order specific number allotted upon order confirmation, or choose to scan a QR code if you’re having trouble using the keypad. Upon verification of number / QR code, a door will futuristically open to reveal your product(s) in which you made your purchase via the app.

!!!!Be careful when you go to this restaurant, he tries to upcharge pizzas for a classic. Classics are 7.35 with tax included. If your charged more than that then he charged u for a extra most bestest pizza. LOOK AT YOU RECEIPTS AND ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT!!he won't give it if u don't

Went all the way there just to find a roach on my pizza when I got home so I went back and the little funny looking cashier/ pizza maker had the nerve to tell me he personally pressed out the dough and how they don’t have roaches then began to get smart acting like he was ready to fight my bf claiming he’s from 3rd ward (scary right??)while the OWNER was there giving me my refund he could tell the roach was cooked into the pizza!!!! The most disgusting place I’ve ever been too!! DEFINITELY CALLING CORPORATE!!
Since I have been going lately the pizza has light to not tomato sauce on my pizza it really annoys me when the pizza taste like just bread do better little

I always order the same pizza, with specific NO SAUSE.and today, when I went to pick up, the lady said the pizza was not ready, and my app said was ready to pick up.The thing is, my pizza was ready, just she was in a mood to give a good serviceWhen she was an a mood she just gave me the fist one she got, and was with sauce.When I call the store, they just leave me waiting for more than 10 min , and nothing solve.Is rude for me as a customer.

I order a pepperoni stix and pizza and pepperoni cheese bread. The pepperoni cheese bread was fresh and hot. But the pizza was old and stale like it was an order that didn’t get picked up and had been sitting there for hours. Not cool. It should’ve at least been in a warmer
