Ordered online, was missing my sauces in the portal. Asked for the crazy sauce it took 6 minutes to get. The guy at the register was in no hurry and kept stepping to the back to joke with the guys with the lobby full.

I ordered 5 stuff crusts pizzas and 2 buffalo wings orders my pizzas were horribles not fully cook and the wings were cold when I call the restaurant to let them know about it they left me on hold for too long and once a keep calling they never answered or they kept leaving me on hold very disappointed because I had been ordering for too long in the same location but this time was the last. Now the service sucks and the place have a lot to said

There is a lot of carelessness on the part of the staff, they are very bad talkers and they have no kindness to the customer, they show little empathy, honestly it is a terrible place

I’ve noticed that this location is consistently run by teenagers who play loud music, take way too long to make pizzas, and have a rude attitude toward customers. Today, I was the only woman in the store, and I had to listen to a group of immature guys making inappropriate moaning sounds on purpose. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Management seriously needs to step in and create a better environment for customers.

They would probably dish out pizzas faster if the guy in the back would let his vape pen go. Seriously, 17 heads in the lobby waiting and I see dude cutting pizzas and box them up with his ONE free hand.
They have to stop hiring kids here.

Place has gone down. Used to be ready once emailed said. Now it's bad. Plus employees take too long talking to each other in the back rather than getting customer in and out.

Placed an order for delivery at 6:55p and it is now 9:30p with still no food to be seen. No one is answering the phone there, and the previous times I’ve been I’ve had to wait 30-40 minutes to get my order. Staff is unprofessional and there needs to be someone on the management team present there.

Food is fire and this is one of the best Little Cesars in the Northside, but overall they need a 2nd if not a 3rd cashier because the line does not move efficiently.

I've ordered from this location before and it seems to have gone downhill some. Perhaps I noticed more because of how long it took my order to come out...
The store is not very clean. There's clumps of dust on all of the surfaces higher than about 5 or 6 feet up. It looks like, basically, the checkout counter gets wiped down, and the floor swept or mopped, and that's about it.
Retail establishments blaring loud music is a pet peeve of mine, and when I went in the music was pretty loud. My order, which I placed online, showed 'in the oven' for over a half hour. Based on the pizza I got, I would say it was in the oven not quite as long as it should have been, than sat on the counter for 20+ minutes waiting to be boxed and put into the pickup kiosk.
Maybe it was an off day for order fulfillment, but the restaurant needs an actual cleaning. I feel like actually eating the food there was a risk. I doubt I'll be back to this location.

I spent a whole hour this morning trying to place an order over the phone at the store. No one was answering. So i went to the store made my order and upon payment they didn’t have change to break a bill. So i asked if they can make the order and ill be back in 15 min because I’m going to get change. I go to the store across the street its a little over 20 min asking if the order is ready and that i had to pay they never even started my order and when i was calmly talking to the cashier like why he stayed quiet. And i had to wait another 10 min -15 min for my order to be ready i picked up the order and left. Once i arrived to my house i checked the order they gave me burnt dried crazy bread and the specialty pizza i ordered whats not done correctly. I tried calling the store multiple times to correct my order but it seems like no one is picking up and the the store is unclean there were dust and crums and open food snakcs in the cashier area. The floors were dirty and to top it off it was very unprofessional. I felt like i was back in high school instead of a business establishment. And the manager no where in sight. Its not the first time i have issues at this location and im pretty sure everyone complaints to when it comes to the weekend. This store is being poorly managed and operated.
