If I could give them no stars I would I didn’t think it was no harm asking for fresh pizza if you don’t mind by waiting and I didn’t . Let me start off by say we was just standing there until the customer a head of me ask to be helped twice . Wow so I ordered the steak lil pizza fresh he said ok I told him I didn’t mind waiting about 3 min later he was like you ready I’m like that’s not fresh the box was oily had being sitting on the counter in the back because I seen that box . I told him I wonted them fresh he told the manager ZACK I heard the conversation he said that before he made fresh ones the policy was they had to sell the ones that was there first . I Wow I asked for my money back and to speak with the manager he came to the front with nasty pizza hands and dirty nails so mind you they not using g gloves are washing they hands NASTY 🤢 He gave me my refund and told me if I had a problem to call corporate and that’s what I’m do . So be aware of this place not friendly, rude, and not clean .

Foods good for the price ya pay, service was good & usually is, just gotta watch out since it does get packed, atmosphere is always evolving. Was nice, only reason it didn't get higher is when it gets packed ya might not enjoy your time there as much& the parking can get hectic

I ordered a pizza online through the app and my pizza was made incorrectly. I went inside to request the pizza to be remade, and I was told “You ordered online it is nothing I can do about it”. I've been to another location and had a similar problem but the problem was resolved. I am upset with the service I received. I was forced to take a pizza that the store had made incorrectly. I wasn't compensated or anything for the inconvenience I faced.

This is the WORST Little Caesars location in the area…. Every chance I’ve given it it has sucked. They need a new cook, or lessons from a better location like the one by 59 & Orlando St in front of Fiesta. The pizza here is always thin and gross and definitely never Hot or Ready. Wish they would get their act together, because it’s a convenient location.

Most of the time we get descent service. It is rare when we say omg it's perfect. But atleast it's not always bad i guess. We have gotten from good orders make to perfection to hard over cooked pizza. I don't understand why? It could be the cook at the time. Or just they laziness that they don't see it's been sitting there for a while. But we don't get a refund or make good orders anything because they never answer the phone. And my husband doesn't like to drive back because we're already home by the time we find out. Not to mention the line. Super long even though you have an online order. That's like an everyday thing.
