Most of the time we get descent service. It is rare when we say omg it's perfect. But atleast it's not always bad i guess. We have gotten from good orders make to perfection to hard over cooked pizza. I don't understand why? It could be the cook at the time. Or just they laziness that they don't see it's been sitting there for a while. But we don't get a refund or make good orders anything because they never answer the phone. And my husband doesn't...

This store literally never answers the phone. I figure they're busy but no matter the day or time, they just dont answer. Ive been on the phone as long as 40minutes, they need more staff. Aside from that it seems like too much sauce is always added to the pizza.
