I made my order at 2:45 for 6 pm to be ready for my sons birthday, it was 9 when it said ready. When I went to ask the line was long and the lady cashier upfront told another guy that was waiting for an hour already..” they’re going to make it when they wan to, I have new people and I’m not going to hurry them” the people in front of me was waiting almost an hour just to ask if there order online was ready. Very unprofessional and rude.

Never on time. The inside delivery machines almost never work. One person to run drive thru and front counter. Priority on drive thru and door dash. It's consistently a terrible experience. Ordering ahead doesn't seem to make any difference.

Placed an order a whole 24 hours in advance and was still a 2 hour wait when I showed up at pickup time. I feel bad for the staff and I hate leaving bad reviews but man what a headache. There are about 20 people in the lobby and they are all mad. People are walking out, cancelling their orders, and returning pizzas that are raw. Just go somewhere else.

This place is always extremely slow. I came today at 4pm, ordered my pizza ahead of time for in store pick up just to find out it's drive thru only.... At 4pm...... So now I'm waiting in line for 30 minutes to get my pizza that's been ready for 45 minutes....

I ordered my pizza on line. Paid on line. Got confirmation of my order. Received another email saying my order was ready. I go pick up my order and the store is closed. How is it closed!!???!! How did it let me order and pay when the store is closed!!?? Now I’m waiting for a refund and who knows how long that’s going to take. This location has really gotten bad.

I hated the service because I ordered a pizza and it took over an hour to get it. I even went to the store.Which took me fifteen minutes. I returned and it still wasn't ready. She told me to wait fifteen minutes again. I did wait and then she said, oh, give me ten minutes it should be ready in.I was really impatient, cuz, it was gonna start to rain. Worst service ever yo wait so long. Really it's really not hot and ready. All in all the Pizza was great. But just the time was horrible.

Walked in and there was a person standing in front of me which I assumed was waiting on their order no they were waiting to be helped manager or whoever was in charge was sitting down talking loudly about their personal problems. Whole store is laughing. Nobody acknowledges us too. That person then comes to the front register, asks what can they be helped with and they have a DoorDash order and they haven’t even started on that the manager then gets to me ask me what I would like. I would like something hot and ready. They don’t have nothing hot and ready at all. told me it’s gonna be about 30 minute wait horrible store horrible management horrible team workers everybody this whole location is horrible

This place has, by far, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, honestly, it’s impressive how bad it is.
I went there to pick up my order and there was a huge line because no one was at the cash register. It got so crowded that people were standing outside. I counted at least five employees, yet only one would occasionally come out, take a single order, then disappear repeating, “We don’t have enough people.”

I’ve worked in restaurants before, and we used to run the whole place with just four employees. I really didn’t want to leave a bad review, but this kind of horrible experience has happened way too many times.

I ended up leaving without even picking up my order because of how poor the customer service was. Half the employees in the back weren’t doing much or moving with any urgency, despite the crowd in front.

Please don’t give me some automatic, generic reply just get it together.
