The food is fine for the price. The service is terrible. They need to get some help, better training, pause orders. Not even peak hours and they just can't keep up. Drive thru will get ignored. Walks in will take an hour. If you order on the app be ready to wait 40 minutes past the estimated pickup time at least. I can't say the workers aren't working, but they are working slow. Slow slow. Not quite peak hours yet based on google maps info and they aren't even trying.

It’s been a while since I ordered from this Little Caesars, and now I remember why. I paid for a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza and received a regular pepperoni pizza with salt sprinkled all over it no pretzel crust at all. I should’ve double checked before leaving, but the store was busy and impatient customers were still waiting, and I didn’t have time. On top of that, the pizza puffs were barely cooked, and I had to finish them in the air fryer. Very disappointing and awful experience.

Luis and the teller that worked this evening shift ignored me. They had said 15 min for two pizzas and they provided nothing, I was waiting through drive thru and tried to get their attention for over an hour. They just ignored me multiple times. When I went inside the building they the looked for my pizza inside their “ Done Oven” and gave me a dry pizza. Meaning the pizza had been done for a while . They just never gave it to me when they had to.
Worst customer service . Don’t come here if you want to get your food on time. Everyone in there was complaining their orders weren’t right either.

Worst of the worst!!!! this place used to be excellent service orders were ready in minutes they used to have 4 or 5 people working!!!! Now it's only 3 that work slower than a snail 🐌🐌🐌 they don't get orders correctly, it's just a big mess dirty in the front by the register dusty and greasy... I can't imagine the area where they prepare the pizza.

Waited 2hrs for my order. Never got it. Was told id be refunded but never happened. Employees arguing with each other the whole time. Regional manager not returning my calls or email. Store doesn't answer the phone on hold 30min before giving up. It's been over ten days and I can't even get someone on the phone.
To receive your order you must order it hours ahead and still you dont get your order on time. They give your order to other customers and expect you to wait patiently. Never again will I order from this location
