I ordered a pretzel pizza tonight and had someone pick it up and drop off to me. We'll my pizza had so much salt on it i couldn't even eat it, the cheesy bread had no cheese on it I know because I had a regular order and cheese one. So I called the store to let them know the worker told me to bring it back so she can see if it had to much salt I informed her I didn't have a way but I could take a picture and show so I could bring it back the next day she told me no she needed it tonight because it's my word against the worker who made it.

Closed even though it says open, they don't even get to you while at the window and there's nothing but 1 car there. I stopped coming here because I found mold on one of the pizza boxes about 4 months ago but I decided to try it again but honestly just avoid this place UPDATE: got home and on the second slice I ate there was hair in the pizza, this place is absolutely disgusting

We got here at 4:00 to try the new Fantastic Four hot and ready. We were told at 4:00 that they start cooking them at 4:00, and it would be 12 more minutes. Now it's 4:20 and it's still not ready. I can't comment on the food yet, because we haven't had any.

This is the worst franchise ever. I had made an order through the uber eats app and after one hour they switched delivery drivers three different times and they cancelled it last minute. I’ve worked sales and customer service for over 10 years and i was in charge of that team their leader would have been replaced by now.

They closed the lobby early, so you have to wait in a huge line to pick up your meal, even though it is in the pickup portal. My food has been ready since 8:45, and it's now 9:25, and I still haven't made it to the drive-through window to pick it up. There are lines coming from both directions, with people jumping in and skipping. I went to the door to receive my meal, but they said no. I will never go to this location again.i got my food at 9:31 almost a whole hr later never again
