Waited almost an hr for a call in order place half hour before. Got order wrong on puffs. Customer service on corporate level also sucks tried calling night of order & for a week after including Tx office & Detroit. Was on hold for 30 min and hung up. Got tired of tge commercials while waiting.

They close early and serve through the window which causes long car lines and huge delays, even if you have placed your order online it takes more than 30 minutes in line to pick it up. Terrible service

Can yall remove those bollards from the drive thru. No other drive thru uses bollards. They just take up space from window. Someones order fell down because that extra space could have been saved if it didnt have bollards taking all that space.

This location is flooded with customers and I've witnessed many terrible customers the team has to tolerate so it's not their fault when sometimes I visit they seem a little off and task focused. We all are human and the food is always hot and food times are always honest. Thank you for your service and resilience!
