Ive came to this place 3 different times and each time I've came here , the manager has the place filled with people always and tells me its a 45 min wait every time!!!! I told her today you always tell me the same thing! Shes also very rude and unprofessional & has a smirk on her face when she tells u to wait 45 mins every time! No care in the world gow shes running an establishment in an unprofessional manner! Definitely womt be going here ever again!

Whats the point of the portal pizza when they always put my pizza in a shelf that doesn’t work? I’ve told this same employee multiple times that the very top left shelf doesn’t work and they always put my pizza on the same one then I have to wait in the huge line to ask for it, when I ordered ahead of time FOR A REASON. This employee always had the ugliest mug on her face. She’s rude and when I complained about the exact same portal not working she just stayed quiet, she didn’t tell me she was sorry, she didn’t tell me she was unaware, she didn’t give me a reason or explanation she just ignored me, she went and grabbed my pizza and didn’t say a word. If she’s manager, she needs to learn customer service because this is absurd.

LC is the bottom tier of pizza...I mean you literally get what you pay...only upside is the italian cheesy bread....phenomenal stuff...service sometimes is long and I know folks at the registers are stressed as well as underpaid the local one near me are rude...like i said though...quality is cheap so price is cheap
Customer service is not great , manager just said my order was not ready when I clearly seen it go in the ovens where the pizzas are ready . Then attends other customers and decides to check for mine after all the other customers (it took about 5 min for me to get any kind of acknowledgment) . If it’s pre ordered it should be a priority train the kids right takin on a management role is actually an important role

This is by far the worst little Caesar’s. Waited 1 1/5 hour for our delivery and when we finally received it the pizza was absolutely raw. Raw dough!!! Couldn’t eat it. Had to air fry it, even at that it was horrible. Definitely do not recommend this location.

This place needs better management at night the night shift lady manager is rude I asked her for fresh wings and she asked what was wrong with the ones I had and she took mines after I done touched them in my truck and put them back in the oven to serve to another customer she then grabbed the other box of wings and tried to give me that I told her if she could please drop me some fresh ones I didn’t want anything sitting in the oven she then with a attitude said it’ll be 30 minutes possibly but I’m sure it don’t take a fast food place no 30 minutes for 6 or 8 wings please ask for your food to be freshly dropped and wait inside while they do it but this place I’ll never be back to
