They take way too long to deliver, it has been 2 hours since i placed my order and i am still currently waiting for my pizza while the poor driver is stuck at the store waiting and all they do to make for the long wait is to offer you a 25% refund, not even an entire refund. I thought it was just a fluke the first time but this is the second time that this has happened to me and I'm never going to order from this store again for delivery. The few times I have been in there, they have been rude to all customers who have been patiently waiting, which is just absolutely absurd to me. The only thing this place has going for them is the food is still decent quality but that alone isn't enough.

First time having the worst experience & that’s that I’ve been going here for years since I live in the area. This past friday I did an order online around 8:30, the app said it would be ready by 9:25. Never updated went up to the location & it was packed with people waiting for orders & to place orders. I patiently waited till about 9:25-9:30 asked about my order was told they couldn’t let me know how long it would take and that if I wanted to cance I could and get a refund. Now I’m callling the location they’ve transferred my call about 3 times I’m on hold and no answers yet as to if the refund was processed. Super disappointed

Ordered a supreme, and it looks more like a partial supreme we go there because we’ve always had good pizza and this time it was really sad. Sorry to say very disappointed. The toppings were nothing short of disappointing.
Ordered for delivery and only got one pizza and bread sticks missing 2 pizza and my drink. Called to ask if missing items could be sent out and you can't reach the
