Little Caesars Pizza

***If you want quality service and food - LOOK ELSEWHERE*** Pre-ordered on phone call coming from the Houston Rodeo. Walked in, waited for 5 minutes, and cashier appeared with no greeting. I said my name for the order, and suggested I could pay before I waited, but she insisted my order might be ready. She suspiciously gathered my 3 Detroit-Style Slices and Sticks behind the counter (not on the hot tray), and I proceeded to pay. Did not receive a receipt, but luckily I asked for one. I would need it for later... Drove the remaining 20 minutes to my house, got inside, and my son and I happily opened the boxes. Sludge. We were disgusted by the poor quality. I tried calling again, since I placed the order on the phone, and 19 minutes later still no response. I grabbed all boxes and sauces and drove the 20 minutes back. Arrived at the location with more waiting customers, with all the food and receipt in my hand. The cashier lady gestured me to get in the front and I opened all three boxes in disbelief. "I would like a re-fire if we could, I don't know your policy." No response - just cold. Walked to the back with no words. She looked at the other Detroit Style boxes in the hot oven already made, quickly put them back, and asked for my receipt. Luckily, I had it. No words, walked to the back a second time. This time arriving with a a manager on hand. "Good evening", I said waiting to hopefully get a re-fire. Manager said nothing and did not even glance toward my direction. Clicked a few buttons on the screen and walked away. The lady cashier stacked a new receipt on mine and quietly handed it to me. "Refund?" I said shocked. "Yup." She responded. "Could I have not worked something out with your manager? She didn't even talk to me?" I said confused. "She doesn't speak English." She said coldly. "I'm bilingual, we could have talked!". The impatient customers interjected and confidently said "Think about WHERE you bought your food at. You pay for what you get." I was astonished on the complacency/absent-mindedness of the whole deal. I grabbed my receipts and walked. Could not feed this to my family this evening, resulted in eating snacks from home. ***I would HIGHLY SUGGEST to look elsewhere when buying your pizza for your family. Four years ago when I worked around that area, quality was great and service was great. New management and crew critically needed.***

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten, it was hot and ready and the wings were perfectly sauced and cooked. I would come every day if I could and would happily leave a tip next time!!!

Never have I ever experienced such horrendous service. The guy working the front counter was the most inefficient of anyone I’ve seen work. He would look at the computer screen and walk to the back SEVERAL times with nothing done. I walked into the store when my app said my order was ready and waited an hour before I actually got my order. There were groups of people doing the same thing. You can see boxes and boxes of pizza ready but they were not being called out. The heaters were full so my order didn’t make it into there and was cold when I received it. Do not go to this location if you’re looking to get a quick meal.

Everyone was doing a great job there working and assisting customers as fast as possible with a friendly and professional manner. I appreciate the service provided to me and my family I will most definitely be returning to this location soon they deserve recognition, thank you all soo much. I recommend this location.

I had placed a togo order an hour in half before closing. Mind you I had only ordered one pizza and an order of crazy bread. They need to stop hiring people who don’t wanna work and people who actually do. Even customer service through the phone was no help. From the previous reviews this place is just trash and needs a whole new team!

There's nothing but a bunch of teenagers who work here and they all abandoned the counter and don't ever come up and ask you if you need anything for far too long

Got hear at 9:38 and they were close . Two employees inside they seen me but I was ignored they turn around when they seen me that's a bad customer service.this was on 8/20/2025. @ 9:38 when they close at 10:00

Horrible experience with this location drive thru worker is working the front and drive thru…. And one worker was eating pizza behind the counter and laughing talking horrible place .

Worst place. Bunch of kids work here. Takes forever and they don't greet or talk to customers. Just back there laughing and cussing in Spanish.

I've been to this specific store several times and they are very disorganized. The portals aren't working correctly, I couldn't take my pizza out with my code and the names aren't displayed. The line is so long and they take forever to come out and help and the will walk by you several times and just ignore you. They've gotten my order wrong before and always forget to give me my breadsticks and sauce. They've even given me other people orders with their names on it. The store is also filthy, they have given me old food before. WORST STORE. DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET OLD FOOD AND WAIT A LONG TIME TO GET YOUR ORDER.

This is the shit in the driver thrue I came for my pizza at 8 pm I had it. What to give at 8:15 it’s already 9:29 pm and I’m still in the drive true waiting for my pizza this is shit

Little Caesars, fix these guys ac. Poor kid in the front was red from the heat. Can't imagine how hot the ones making the food are.
