Little Caesars Pizza

Just gave a one star because you have to offer one to post your review. I ordered two extra most bestest pepperoni and two supreme online through the app.Nothing major no extras no special requests. Why did it take me 1hr and 10min from oder time til the time they handed me the damn things! First and THE LAST time I come to this location. Im just gonna keep driving to the Lyons Ave one NOW THATS HOT N READY PIZZA!! FAST TOO 🫶🏽

So as mi ama and I headed into the place it was packed with people who already placed orders an hour to two hours ago.... The employee told us it'll be done within 20 minutes so we waited for more than an hour. And we never got our pizza, and they were going to give us old pizza that's been out for who knows how long.... Anyways they were already booked with orders from beforehand, so why couldn't they just say that they couldn't take anymore orders? I mean by the way it was like one person and thirty boxes of pizza I was thinking man there may be so many events today... I think it just depends on the day you go anyways. But I will not go back there again because the "young guy" gave my mom an attitude and rightfully so mi ama had the right to get angry at him 💀bc girl it was an hour for a 20 min pizza? Nah forget it, refunded and everything!!

I went in and ordered my food at 7:24 and didn't get it until 8:03 after they told me it would take 15 minutes. It was 2 pizzas and Italian cheese bread. I could see them in the back joking with each other that they forgot to put the cheese bread with the pizzas so I had to wait even longer to get my food. That would have been ok, except for the fact they left both my pizzas on the counter for 20 minutes, while they remembered the bread and put it in the oven, instead of of putting them in the warmer. So when I got my pizzas the box was already soggy from the heat and my pizza was luke warm at best. Honestly waiting 35 min for luke warm soggy pizza wasn't even worth it.

This place used to be really good at having good hot and ready pizzas. Now for the 2nd time in a row I get a dried out so bad the grease stains o. The box are dried out pizza.my 2 year old only ate the end part which forms the center. The bread taste stell and don't even tear easily this is ridiculous.

Placed on online order to get picked up at 11:30 for lunch for my store. Service here is non existing. I almost felt like I was bothering them by asking for my pizzas. Finally got the order at 12:15. Without a thank you or a single freaking sorry.

I would prefer not to even have a star on this place at all due to the verbiage that is used with the employees in the background scene. The manager is not even able to control his employees with their behaviors and majority of time he’s in the lobby, conversing with his friends. It’s truly horrible I felt bad for the children listening to the cursing from the music and employees

Made an online order and got to the store when it said my order was ready. I even waited in the parking lot so they couldn't give away my food which happens all the time at this place. They tell me ten more min and 35 min later no food.
