I got a delivery for 11:45am I ordered 2 large pizzas crazy bread and this Italian bread. The pizza and crazy bread was fresh and hot. But I took the Italian bread back it looked as if they re- cooked this order from the night before, the guy was so rude and nasty, when I asked his name he had the nerve to tell me his name is lil ceaser, he wouldn't give me my refund said i had to get it from door dash I was so angry, I refused to allow him to cause me to sin against God... I just left no Italian bread, no refund. Want go back ever!!!! LOCATION: Masa and Tidwell

Poor attitude from staff rude and disrespectful. Pizza was dry and cook was giving people attitude.. place is very dirty and lots of homeless people bothering customers and they are extremely slow with service.. I had preorder to be ready at 3:30 and it wasn't ready till 4:15.. I spent over 45. Dollars and got nothing but dry pizza and shit ty service.. never again.

We ordered a pizza and wings online only for it to take more than an hour for it to be ready. They didn't start making ours until it was already supposed to be ready. They would rather make pizzas for future customers than make the food for those that have already ordered.
