Not the best little Caesars location and I ended up having a dead battery and the staff not only wasn't helpful they were outright hostile

This place isn’t clean, the staff are touching the food and work as a cashier handling money.. also the service is terrible. I went to order a pizza and 40 minutes later , they told me they made it wrong so I have to wait more. At the end I waited for an hour. This is the worse service ever .

Horrible, every time i buy the crazy puffs from this location they are NEVER cooked. they are always doughy and look unappetizing. When i called the manager gave me a poor excuse saying they just came out the oven and were made with fresh dough. i ordered on the app and it has not option to to get a refund.

Why does does this location never have anything ready. I'm a bus driver, and I have a layover at this location multiple times a day. Any time I go there, it's always 15 - 20 minutes for any pizza item. Never have anything ready.

Yall, I just can't with this place! I've given this place chance after chance and lord does each time it gets worse. If it's not me waiting for a WHOLE HOUR for 2 pizzas then it's my food being burned! But today! Today was the last damn straw. I get there and there's this lady trying to fix her food and the employee is helping her that's cool, lady just doing her job I DEFINITELY understand that. Once she finishes taking care of the lady, she goes back to boxing up pizzas and taking them out the oven. Cool lady just trying to catch up or whatever. But then 10 minutes pass by and she just steadily taking food out and boxing food up. Mind yall, there were 2 men ahead of me. Maybe a good 15 more minutes past and she still doing the same thing. By this time the 2 guys had left and then like 5-8 new people came in. All this time, there's people in the back, and some not doing anything. I'm not a confrontational person and I get that someone gets behind and it gets busy so I personally don't mind waiting. Then one of the customer behind me kindly asked the lady, "Excuse me ma'am, is no one taking orders?" Abd she kindly replied, "I'm trying to get these orders out so can yall just give me a minute." Cool, I'm gonna wait, but then another 5 minutes pass and she just doing the same thing. Another customer yelled to the back if someone can come help her because the place os FULL of people at this point. At this point I've already waited HALF AND HOUR to JUST ORDER, then she finally stops and takes my order. Once I finish and get ready to pay (I was paying in cash) she then tells me they don't take a $50 bill. I'm just like you serious? And she's like, "yes, we don't take cash we can't give change for." There was NO sign saying they don't take anything over a $20 bill. I just recommend if yall come here, order online and CHECK YOUR PIZZA'S when yall pick them up. Don't come here trying to order because they'll take 30 minutes just to get your order.
