The food quality is good better than most little Ceasars. They've only messed up my order once, didnt give me a stuffed crust, I called they said they would fix it next time I came in, and they were true to their word without issue.

Dammit. Just picked up a pizza from the drive thru, a woman was working there in the back holding a snot rag awaiting her next order. She wiped her nose on the big napkin then picked up a piece of dough. I yelled thru the windows, hey, wash your hands. So much for convenience . NEVER AGAIN

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location. The pizza I received was completely burnt at the bottom, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. When I called to report the issue and request a refund, the employee answered the phone as “Hey boss” and I corrected him. When I came in, I spoke with the cashier, who identified himself as “Draven,” (which I’m sure is a fake name) was dismissive and attempted to justify the poor quality by saying that “only the top of the pizza mattered”, not the bottom and that I couldn’t get a refund.
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that all of the managers only spoke Spanish, which felt like an excuse rather than a genuine attempt to resolve my concern. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to take responsibility was extremely frustrating.

As I was waiting for my pizza I noticed an older man preparing the food with no gloves on. I can only hope that they were clean.
Really bad experience every. single. time. i go. Every time is a 45-an hour wait, even when ordering 40 minutes in advanced. Always have one or two people working and the lobby is always so full. Awful!!!!!!!!!!

Twice in 6 weeks time, on 2 of my visits they got my order wrong. On 2 pizzas I ordered pretzel crust and e got regular crust. Unfortunately my wife picked up the order. But the order should still have been correct when it's printed out on an order sheet. I guess I have to start going to Domino's
