We would regularly order from this location but it has gone downhill again in the last 2-3 months.
Ordered an Fanceroni Pepperoni and ended up with maybe 10 pieces of pepperoni; less overall pepperoni and the Extra Most Bestest we ordered. Two crazy bread, one alright, and the other one was dry without any parmesan or seasoning.
And if you order pretzel bread, it's a 50/50 they do the crust treatment; we just stopped ordering it.
At this point we're likely going back to the Eldridge (farther) location again. Had to swap there in the past due to this location not fully cooking deep dish years ago; raw dough is gross. They got better... And now worse again.

They charged me extra for taxes? The Asian lady was very rude and charged me extra for wings I did not ask for. I told her I didn’t want the wings but still kept charging me for the wings and then she left me at the counter. I called the store and they left me on hold for 30 minutes 2 days in a row. I asked to talk to the manager and they kept saying the manager wasn’t here. I would love for them to call me. I was very heartbroken.

Absolutely rude place!!!! They closed and locked the lobby at 9pm after taking our money and made me go through the drive thru!!! On the door it says it closed at 10 pm. There were multiple people in there and there refused to open the door. I’ve been to multiple locations and they never close the lobby that early.

Always fresh and always hot and ready. Forreal. Sometimes a small wait, but I saw there were 3 cars in the drive thru so we parked, went in and was able to get right out. The lady Atvthe register even gave my son cookies. 🥰

Every time I come to this location, I'm able to get a side of hot sauce with my wings because they always skimp on the hot sauce. today when I asked the lady was extremely rude and kept telling me no simply because she didn't want to do it even though they're able to do it.
The pizza is disgusting at this location and it made me sick. I've been sick in bed for two freaking days and this was the only thing I ate before I got sick. Nothing but cheap cardboard tasting pizza that'll get you sick

Great people and no delays! Your pizza is always ready on time, unlike other Little Caesars locations, especially the one at 10705 Spring Green Blvd #100, Katy, TX 77494. I’ve stopped going there because every time I visit, I’m told to wait 15 minutes. It feels like they’re always slacking off. This location is far better!

My pizza was not done, it was all dough, barely warm, and veggies RAW! The other two barely had any sauce, straight cheese on bread! I've been holding for a manager at the store and I keep getting tossed back into the wait line. When the lady got on she said I have to take a picture or bring the pizzas back. 1 were in a freeze 2 l don't own a car that's why I pay $15 extra in delivery fees for a place 6 minutes away! $45 is too much money for uncooked pizza dough! For three simple little Cesar’s pizza! Holding for 10 min for someone to tell me WE DO NOT KNOW TRUE WHAT YOU SAY as if I haven’t spent $40 per order each time with no previous complaints is insane. Just admit you had the B team working during the freeze. Plain and simple. So now I will post pictures and I expect my refund. It’s 2025 why would I have to come to the store???
