I like the pizza here, sometimes it takes time to be ready because they are always busy but the cashiers always find a solution and apologize, what I hate here are the customers, they are always rude and don't show empathy

Got on my absolute nerves with ridiculously slow service and lack of care waiting at the counter. Nothing was hot and ready, took twice as long to have stuff out, and can see and hear the workers goofing off in the back. What a joke of a location. Not coming back here ever again. Disorganized and unprofessional.

I place an online order at 7:50 pm. The app marked that it should be ready by 8:23pm. I got to the store on the marked time. I had to waiting for the pizzas for over 30 min.

My pizza was not done. It was still doughy in the inside. Also I requested butter and parmesan on my pizza and bread sticks. It was not done even though the cashier stated he did. I guess I will have to start checking my food because the employee is not trustworthy. Also take time to actually cook the pizza long enough. I arrived 15 minutes after I received the email that my food was done, which means there is no rush to cook my order.

I love the pretzel pizza.its a 10.not. all little Caesars are the same.the one in the Copperfield neighborhood knows how to make pretzel pizza real good.i was very satisfied with the pizza.delicious.

We would regularly order from this location but it has gone downhill again in the last 2-3 months.

Ordered an Fanceroni Pepperoni and ended up with maybe 10 pieces of pepperoni; less overall pepperoni and the Extra Most Bestest we ordered. Two crazy bread, one alright, and the other one was dry without any parmesan or seasoning.

And if you order pretzel bread, it's a 50/50 they do the crust treatment; we just stopped ordering it.

At this point we're likely going back to the Eldridge (farther) location again. Had to swap there in the past due to this location not fully cooking deep dish years ago; raw dough is gross. They got better... And now worse again.

They charged me extra for taxes? The Asian lady was very rude and charged me extra for wings I did not ask for. I told her I didn’t want the wings but still kept charging me for the wings and then she left me at the counter. I called the store and they left me on hold for 30 minutes 2 days in a row. I asked to talk to the manager and they kept saying the manager wasn’t here. I would love for them to call me. I was very heartbroken.
