Diana and Lily are both rude and just like to hang up on people. Im here on vacation and I think it's ridiculous that my small town little ceasers has better customer service then here. I asked Miss Lily for a manager and she said she would get me one and then hung up on me. If I could give this lousy and lazy girls a flat out 0 review I would. THE WORST SERVICE. I am glad that the calls are recorded too.

Found hair on my first 2 slices and me and my brother have short hair, didn't want to go back all the way back deal with it so we threw it away and just microwaved some soups to not eat someones greasy hair in case they didn't shower and was looking forward to it

I ordered delivery from this restaurant today 11/14/2025. I received my deep dish pizza black. The whole bottom was burnt and the edges as well were also hard from all the black burnt they cooked it. I also got the wrong sauce I ordered. I ordered a butter garlic and got a buffalo ranch. The pizzas have less meat and is mostly bread and sauce. This is why I rarely order from little Ceasars. Experiencestill has not gotten better.

If I had a zero option that's what I would give this location, this is 4th time I've come to the Highway 6 and Bellaire location in Houston,Tx that the lunch special pizza is not ready, every time it's a 10 to 15 minute wait, we are on our lunch as well why isnt the pizza made already. Secondly fix thr damn drive thru speaker every time you talk they can never hear and we always have to drive up. Do better please ‼️

Lobby now closes at 9:00pm and drive thru open till 10:00pm. I place order for cheese bread and sauce. The food was very fresh.

Pleade do not go thru they drive thru and pay with card the worker keep my card and gave me back my recipt and charged my card twice for some else food the workers come out a side door talking to family in the drive thru holding up the line I'm still trying to get a refund nobody there speaks English to help me which is crazy please do nit go thru drive thru I'm still trying figure out how you give me my recipt but not my card now I can't get a refund

Never again ! I ordered pizza here on yesterday 9/18/25 after 5pm ...I spent $40 and when I got home I saw the pizzas wasn't fresh at all. I ordered my pizza there at Drive Thru & expected for it to be fresh....So I will never return .The pizza was horrible !
This place needs city health visits. Employees on phones at time of pizza preparation , no hair nets, nor gloves. Bracelets strings hanging on top of pizza

I paid at 5:08 today was told 10 mins for the pizza. No biggie. I pull up and watch 15 or so people before and after me walk out with pizza within 30-40 mins. At 5:45 my daughter is irritated in the car so we get out to get our money back and go somewhere else cause seriously??? And thats when he comes out to give me my pizza. No offer for a free pizza or anything else for the trouble. And i get home? Its cold and burnt. Denied refund and was not even remade.
