I paid at 5:08 today was told 10 mins for the pizza. No biggie. I pull up and watch 15 or so people before and after me walk out with pizza within 30-40 mins. At 5:45 my daughter is irritated in the car so we get out to get our money back and go somewhere else cause seriously??? And thats when he comes out to give me my pizza. No offer for a free pizza or anything else for the trouble. And i get home? Its cold and burnt. Denied refund and was not even remade.

Yesterday I went there around 8pm and there was so much smoke in the place and the heat was unbearable. I asked an employee why it was like that, they said the system was down and then the AC wasn’t working, but they were still working. I'm not sure, but the temperature must have been over 90°F. My order took over 40 minutes to be ready.

Went through drive through for two hot n readys kevy was nice and we got our food fast. Great customer service
I get there and there a lot of people working. All in the back talking. After ample time I start saying hello and everyone I see keeps talking in their circle. I started waving my hands in the air and finally someone came by. Take my pizza get half way home and realize they made it wrong. Came back and said they can make me another. I asked just to give some credit since it’s a plain pizza. Kevin said No and I can have a drink or crazy bread. I don’t drink soda and I didn’t want crazy bread. I finally just walked out w an overpriced pizza. The taste of the pizza was fine but it wasn’t what I ordered.
