Absolute worst little Caesar’s in the city. I understand not everything is the staffs fault but how can they have a full kitchen and have me and like 5 other people wait 2 HOURS for an order. I only got one pizza and it wasn’t until hours later I’m told the order had cleared from the system and they basically had to just barely prep the pizza. On TOP of that, they weren’t even willing to give a refund, it was either the pizza or a refund, I don’t know in what world you can wait 2 hours for food and not be comped in some way shape or form but don’t expect them to help you out here. Shoutout to the employees behind the register because it’s not their fault but for the MANAGER in the back, shame on you!

We've ordered online and went in for pick up twice in two weeks and they gave us the 1 of the wrong pizzas both times. Both times we asked for beef and ended up with at least one pepperoni.

I have been coming to this Little Caesars for years and I’m not sure if it’s a new management or new staff but every time I go to the store it’s always chaos. Today I was offered basically whatever they had left over instead of taking my order even though store still had 30 minutes before closing. I wish that was my only complaint, but every single time that I have gone into the store, there’s huge lines and a ton of people complaining that their order was incorrect so the staff is clearly lacking from previous years.

40 mins for one pizza and bread. 0 Communication throughout the staff, cooks coming out to the front to stare at customers, placing pizzas everywhere and then come to find out it'd been ready 15 mins the cashier just never came back up. had 10 customers in the lobby waiting for him to just hand everything out in seconds . ridiculous

They are supposed to be very attentive to your order but in my case it was not like that, I ordered a pizza with a cheese border and they prepared it very differently, I should have checked in the store but because I was confident to eat a pizza that I had not ordered but hey.

update: I didn't get my food until 9:50PM! The girls were in the back laughing and giggling as if there's not a lobby full of people and they should be making their food! the African guy or whatever he is needs to be taken off the register. He's slow, rude and argumentative because he isn't working fast at all! People had been waiting over 40 minutes to an hour and he's not calling the names or anything so people that has food ready is getting it in a timely manner ! A different EXPERIENCED cashier would make the line move ALOT faster, people were paying for their food and he was acting like he didn't know what to do or how to do it! After waiting an hour for my food to be even made I had to wait another 45 minutes in the lobby before I got a chance to speak to the Cashier. too slow never again and my pizza was cold!

Taking to long to attend customers and also the wait time is so long like it’s not hard to make a pizza come on it’s not a restaurant and y’all want a good little Caesar’s pizza go to Hwy6 and 1464 by Kroger never coming to this location again
I waited two hours for a pizza I order the night before, the kitchen staff was rude the front counter was rude I ordered so in advance to make sure I would have the food for my kids Christmas party for there last day 12/19/2025 let's just say I arrived late at there school it was so upsetting I waited longer than anyone in the store when I only had 3 PIZZA'S, then the front counter staff kept asking people to right down names but was not calling from the list there was people who waiting no more than 10 minutes getting there food before people who waited 30 plus minutes I come to this location because it's convenient but after today I will never order from here again I will definitely be calling cooperate

Me and my friends came and ordered $5 dollar Italian pizza and me and my other friend got ours and our other friend ordered at 11:41 and everyone after us was getting they orders so we asked about ours and he had a attitude and yelled at us saying he just placed the order and we was waiting 40 minutes. This place needs better costumer service .
Every time I come to this location the African worker takes forever. I don’t know if he’s confused or not but the lobby is full and people are walking out. He just argued with me. People have been standing here for over 20 minutes. I will be calling corporate

I normally have a good experience at this location on westheimer and dairy ashford, but today I received the most horrible experience EVER! I told the Cashier Chineye U. That I want the cheesy bread and pointed at the screen. I purchased my order and went to my car. He said it would take 15 minutes. I looked at my receipt and realized that it said something totally different so I went inside and told him that this is not what I ordered and asked. Can I get that cheesy bread instead he snapped at me and said that’s not what I said, and I told him repeatedly. I told him cheesy bread it took for a customer behind me to say yes she did order cheesy bread for him to comply. He told me the total refund I will be receiving. I asked for the receipt so I can take a picture of it because I used Apple Pay he exploded from there he would not let me see the receipt. He held it firmly to where I could not take a picture of my receipt, I asked him for his name. He lied and said his name is Godfrey. I asked for his employer ID he said are you serious and I said yes I am and I requested a Refund.
