This has to be the worse little ceasars there is very bad customer service
Poor service and pizzas are poorly made and poorly trained staff that cannot handle rush ours, this place should close and make way for a better business

The worst customer service ever
I ordered by phone at 9:30 pm and when I arrived they told me the system was down and we can’t take order at 9:45 pm
And there were no manager or supervisor to talk to

This place is horrible. You specifically tell them no pork becuz you dont eat it and what do they do?!? Give you pork. U can literally get someone sick like this. 11.24.24 2pm will be contacting corporate. Apparently training on food allergies need to be reviewed.

This is the last time I will ever go to Little Caesars!!!! I don't know if it was the location but the service was horrible and the pizza was all burnt and looked horrible!!! Waited over an hour for a pizza that was burnt and I didn't realize it until I got home !!! Little Caesars it's not the way it used to be!! I only gave him a one star so I can write this review about how horrible experience I had!!!

Michael at the front counter has incredible customer service. He remembers customers and interacts with all of them. Always in a great mood very friendly. And love the pizza

Don’t come here! I ordered ONLINE, arrived at this location during the time that my order was supposed to be ready 4:45pm - 4:50pm. They seemed to be behind, that’s cool, I understand. The cashier asked me my name and said they were cutting the pizza.. okay great! Moments pass… more moments pass… it is 5:04pm❗️I receive an email saying my order is ready. I walked back to the counter and let the cashier (different from 20 minutes ago) know that I got the email saying my order is ready. She checks, comes back, tells me “they have to remake it, they lost your order.” Alright so tell me why I’ve been waiting here for an extended period of time.. when the first person knew my name and told me my order was ALMOST DONE and then for this next person to tell me LOL JK. I asked for a refund. This is super poor customer service. Poor communication. Do better.

TLDR; Don’t order online, you’ll be lied to about your order being ready, they’ll tell you THEY LOST YOUR PIZZA ORDER AND HAVE TO REMAKE IT! no thanks.

Horrible customer service and they don't answer their phone and that customer service number those reps as THRASH!! I WILL NOT EVER SHOP THIS STORE OR LC AGAIN

And another store will NOT EVER visit again...I'm going to STOP spending my money with LC ALL together. I ordered online had to wait almost an hour! Then I got home and DIDN'T have what I ordered and as I type this I've been on hold for 45 mins and NOBODY has answered yet. It finally rang to the "phone bank" and the man who answered REFUSE TO ACTIVELY LISTEN to WHY I'm calling and now I'm back to HOLDING for the store! Oh but when they come on this phone it's NOT gonna be pretty! And I WILL BE CALLING THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE FIRST light of Monday morning!! I want a FULL REFUND when all I really wanted was my order corrected, but with THIS kind of service I want ALL of my money and yall can have these other 2 pizzas back!

They do not answer the phone. The lady at checkout had a bit of an attitude. The pizza was burned. 👎👎 First time and not going back.

Where's the staff? Packed in little place like sardines.

Why in the hell was NO ONE available during 2:00 when I - and other customers - placed an order, but the doors were locked for some reason?!?
