Little Caesars Pizza

They have the incorrect business hours online and on the app. Says they open at 10am and I got a text that said my app order was ready at 10:12am only to find the doors locked and their business hours posted on the front door say they open at 10:30am.

The pizza is delicious when it’s fresh and hot. You must eat it when it’s hot.

Extremely disappointed with this Little Caesars location. The cashier, Mariana, was unprofessional from start to finish.
• She told the woman in front of us that someone “robbed the store” for her one pizza, when in reality they just hadn’t made it.
• She claimed there were no crushed red pepper packets, even though I was looking right at them.
• We asked for a party cut, and instead of cutting the pizza into squares, she just cut the slices in half.
• She insisted they don’t sell breadsticks with cheese in-store and was trying to force us to order online. After going back and forth several times, she finally understood what we were asking for but the cheese she gave us wasn’t even the usual nacho cheese we always get.
• To top it off, the pizza and breadsticks were stale, not hot and fresh like advertised.

Between the poor service, the lies, and the quality of the food, this visit was a complete bust. We left extremely disappointed with both the store and the employee.

Half of my pizza didn’t have pepperonis and wasn’t even cut it properly. I wouldn’t expect a something a little bit better since it was a extra most bested pizza.

Seems like they don’t care I just wanna make pizza they don’t care they let you stand there for about 1520 minutes before they attend you. They don’t even pay attention to in the front. I just want you to just go away. That’s funny they don’t even complete theorder. We have to complete it for them so anyway, not my job but they are bad at their job probably the owner.

They didn't have drinks we wanted. That was the reason I ordered from there and no from the franchise near my home. They give me my money back. And the pizza too

Ordered a 2 liter drink online and they did not have them once my delivery driver was there to pick up my order. I asked to replace it will two small drinks instead and they said no. It was my first time ordering from here and it will be my last. Having food with nothing to drink and no assistance from the store. When I called to talk to someone, they did not pick up the phone. Horrible customer service.

Ordered through app and had Ordered a drink, when I got there I had to tell employee to take off soda from my bill

I would give zero stars if I could The service here is absolutely atrocious there’s one girl drinking beers in the back and the one taking orders is so high that he keeps messing up everybody’s order The pizzas are never hot and ready I am never coming back to this establishment Little Caesars please handle your employees seems like they need retraining at minimum The correct thing to do would be to fire them and replace your staff with competent employees

Had hair in my pizza not cool pulling hair out your mouth while trying to to eat they need to put on hair nets around people food

STAY AWAY!!!! Pizza was fresh but I bit into a slice and found small, sharp black pieces of either metal or plastic. It was hard enough to damage my tooth, cut the inside of my cheek, and pierce the cardboard box. I’m thankful to not be bleeding like crazy, but it doesn’t seem like simple safety precautions are being practiced at this location. I would stay away!!!!!!!!
