Sent my husband in to get a supreme pizza, and it is disgusting old wilted rotten bell peppers that look brownish and the cheese is overcooked and burned it is dry and not pleasant at all. Very disgusting. It gives me the impression this is an old pizza that got reheated and given to me. Cant believe this. If i could give this place a 0 stars I would do it. Old call pizza. We are paying customers, this is not free food. I expect the quality of my food to be at least fresh.
It should not be responsibility of the customer to check the quality of the food before leaving the restaurant to make sure they got a fresh pizza. It is expected for the restaurant to serve food fresh. I will report this incident to DSHS as I highly suspect I was sold an old unsafe pizza with old rotten toppings!!!!
And to top it off i keep trying to call the restaurant and it seems like no one can answer the damn phone.

Every time I have ordered from this location the food takes forever. Even with ordering hours ahead. The quality of the food is also very hit or miss and sometimes very overcooked. Today however I picked up my pizza and noticed one was made incorrectly, the staff tried to argue and finally offered to remake it but it would be an extra 10-15 minutes. When I requested all my food be remade since I was having to wait anyways then I was told that would be an extra 25-30 minutes. I won't be returning to this location unless the management gets it together.

They never cut the pizza right, If they don't burn it they give your pizza raw. They barely add the toppings. I asked for a Hawaiian, and it was all burn and I can barely see the toppings .They need better training. We are paying for this food is not free.

Besides the manager Jennifer being so rude they do not like answering the phones nor fixing their mistakes. I had to call several times and when i asked for a name i was lied to and this person said his name was cody. However, when I called back Jennifer informed me no one by that name worked there. Their customer service is horrible.

Warning ⚠️ ‼️I strongly advise against ordering from this location when the manager is present. He will sell you an old pizza and falsely claim that it is fresh. This is precisely what happened to me. I placed an order inside the store and waited for over 15 minutes. I observed another person who ordered after me receive their order before mine, despite the fact that I only ordered one pizza. When I inquired about the status of my pizza, the young lady at the front went to look for it. However, she was unable to locate it. She then asked the manager, who was working in the back pulling pizzas out of the oven. He went to look for my pizza and pulled out a pizza, stating that it was my order. Upon opening the pizza, I noticed that there was no smoke emanating from the box. The cheese appeared burnt, and the pizza looked cold. I even touched the pizza, and it was cold. The manager insisted that he had just pulled it from the oven. I was shocked that he would lie so blatantly. I even asked him to touch the pizza to feel its temperature, but he refused and continued to claim that it was fresh. His own staff, including the lady who was making the pizza, agreed with me that the pizza was not fresh. I demanded a refund. As I was about to leave, both young ladies acknowledged the situation and offered to remake my pizza free of charge. I told them I would wait outside, as I had been standing for a long time waiting for a fresh pizza that I never received. As I was waiting in my car, one of the young ladies came and informed me that the manager had denied their request to remake my pizza. She insisted that I contact the general manager and file a complaint. I would like to commend the two young ladies for stepping up and trying to do the right thing, despite the manager's lack of accountability. Hopefully, the general manager will reach out after reading this review.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would!!! This place either needs to be shut down or they need to replace everyone from Management down!!! The quality of the food I just received is absolutely disgusting and it was all the way wrong! Been trying to call the store but it seems like they don't like awnsering phones! Whoever owns this particular Little Caesars Pizza needs to WAKE UP and read all these reviews and DO SOMETHING!!
