I accidentally added a topping to my online order that I didn’t even eat. Once arriving to the store I noticed and went to them immediately.

I’m not sure if she’s the manager but she remade my order without fuss or issue. Even though the mistake was 100% on ME! To say I appreciated that was an understatement. The pizza was hot and fresh! I didn’t even make it back home before eating half the box lol. I enjoyed it, for the price the quality is better...

This location is always packed. Make sure you order online 30-45min before you pick up. I don't know if it's lack of staff or equipment but it takes longer than expected. Basically you will never find a hot and ready actually ready for you. Don't get me wrong staff does there best and you can see the work really hard they look exhausted. Last time I went they were only working with one oven so wait time was about 2hrs. Needles to say had to go somewhere else.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. The lady at the counter was nice and I understand being busy but for me to wait over an hour for my order was inconvenient considering the fact that I was ordering for babies that I'd hope be in bed by 9:30pm.
