This place always get ur online orders wrong or they can't read or they just do it on purpose. Also the pizza is not done right its all dry or burnt. This place needs better staff that actually likes doing there job .Just laziness here .

the slowest workers i have ever seen

They tell you 15 minutes at the end you wait 1 hour

I placed my order around 11:20 and got an estimated time of 12:30 for pick up. I did arrive at 12:15 in case that my order was ready early and found there to be at least 5 other people there already who had been waiting for over an hour. After a very long time of waiting a few more people showed up and ordered. They got their food very quickly since they were not “special” orders yet there were no hot and ready or extra most bestest pizzas ready. They also had to he made. they were rushing to get an order of 50 pizzas and could not work on the orders for the people that had been waiting a long time but did make the time to squeeze in some extra most bestest and hot ajd ready pizzas. This made no sense, regardless of if their orders being easier to make, these new orders could have waited. The employees started working on the orders of the people who started complaining and asking for refunds which meant that the rest who had been patiently waiting were left last. After waiting for 45 minutes and my lunch break being finished without getting my food, I left. I kept checking the updates only to see they worked on my food an hour after the time I was supposed to pick it up. I understand that very understaffed location was working hard to bring out orders of 50 + pizzas however it is not acceptable to take care of other people who just placed their order and be willing to bring out food for them instead of those who had not been waiting for over an hour. This location needs better management and to set regulations or a limit as to how many large orders can be taken at a time so that they don’t quite literally end up with a herd of unhappy customers. Will never again order from this location.

Well….placed my order on the phone which was my first mistake 😏 agent couldn’t get the right order completely confused so I had go in and when I told them about my order they said don’t have your order 😩.thats why I was surprised with the reviews I assumed that they are wrong,however, they were 110% correct!!!!first time tried Little Caesar by name Pizza😞. Definitely won’t try again not even somewhere else… I would suggest pay extra $ in another pizza place.

Took an hour to get my pizza

Do I have to order a day in advance? Because I ordered and it took like two hours to give me 2 pizzas

How it take almost 30 mins for just one pepperoni pizza people that came in after me got all they stuff and they ordered more then me

Put your order to fo online and have to wait 30 plus minutes. Go to another location if you can it was my first and last.

I had made an order online at 5:10 and barely got my order an hour later after waiting a long time at barely 6 i got my order

Terrible service, I ordered a pizza online from 6:00 pm and they told me it would be ready at 6:30 pm and it was 7:15 and my pizza was not ready and this is the quality of food they sell

Made an order through the phone, was told it was going to be ready at 4:15pm arrive on time to pick up, and when I get there I get told it was in oven cooking and that in 10 minutes more it was going to be ready, after those ten 10 minutes I go back and this time I get told pizza is bearly getting started by this time it was like 4:45pm and no pizza, bad customer service, would give zero stats if I could. Never again in that location
