Little Caesars Pizza

Pizza and bread sticks are hard as a rock!!!!! I call store and they keep hanging up on me!!!

This Little Caesars used to be a good restaurant ive been here countless times but after today NEVER AGAIN.... i went it a got a hot & ready and the pizza was extremely overcooked so i took it back. The cashier took out 3 other h&r and showed them too me and i decline all 3 cause they were all overcooked. After that she offered to make me a fresh new pizza and i agreed to that thinkin i would get just that, fresh new pizza, but unfortunately that was a lie. I went up the street to get gas and was back within 10 min i walked into the building and was given a pizza which was odd to me cause any other the time its a 15+ min wait especially when there a line so for my pizza to be ready within 10 mins didn't seem right...tell me why i was given another over cooked pizza with a hard crust , brown cheese with hard bubbles on it. Absolutely deplorable...i miss the old ppl that work there cause the news ones aren't it.

This is by far the worst Little Caesars in Houston!!! Even when you order online way ahead of time they never have the order ready. The cashier’s are always in a shitty mood. They’re always under staffed and they never even try to be apologetic about it. Like the least you can do is be nice and say it nicely not have some cashier with such a shitty attitude it seems like they want to fight everyone. They need to shut this place down or revamp the entire staff!! I will start taking my business elsewhere

You can't use a rude to the customers The man just hopped on the phone like 30 minutes two cashiers got into it with one customer into a argument because it was taking too long to get the pizza ready The hiding ready pizzas you have to wait about an hour to get so the customer start complaining and the cashiers so cussing them out

I asked for my order with no sauce. The guy tells me they cant make it like that, I said Why? I have an allergy. He said, it costs extra for us to make a special order. I said thats fine, i cant have the sauce. He then says, Ma'am its protocol, we cant make it like that. He claims he was the manager named "John".

Great pizza, close and convenient where I live good customer service . Stop by, it’s off the chain!!

Dietary restrictions: Not sure but if you don’t like pizza you’re crazy!! Lol

Rude employee gave me an old order of pepperoni puffs asked for a remake, wouldn’t give me a refund when the I saw the “remake” was exactly the same food but even more older and colder. Employee made rude comments about my weight, had to get a police officer involved that was parked outside to get the food since they wouldn’t give me a refund and were holding the food. On hold with corporate support will probably update soon with video of the interaction depending on how they handle this employee.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available, but not vegan options. I understand those are in the works.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps are available to get up to the front door, but there is no power door. Other customers or staff are very happy to open the door for you

The food was overcooked because he asked me if I had an order before actually looking up my order and there was discussion between the employees where they were having some sort of Discord that customers get over hear, very unprofessional.

Took an hour to prepare my online order... after I had already waited an hour for the time it told me to get my food on the app. Decided to just leave and cut my losses after that hour. I can deal with losing 10 bucks. Save your time and sanity and get your food somewhere else.
