Terrible Customer service. Walked in … ordered.. got an attitude from the person taking the order. Attitude the whole time. Now I remember why Papa John’s down the street gets my business.

Placed a mobile order and store was closed worst service i ever received

Horrible experience. I placed an order last week for 30 pizzas and tonight with no communication from the store they only delivered 17 pizzas. The customer service was terrible and we will NEVER be ordering from here again!

I always place my order online and somehow still end up wait an extra 25 minutes after the expected done time. Employees also are always yelling and arguing with one another. This location is awful at customer service.

Went to pick up an order 30 min before closing, the employees ignored us.

This has to be the worse service I have ever received from any establishment. Clearly the girl at the front/cashier didn’t want to work. She refused to check my online order and didn’t help anyone. It wasn’t until the cook came out and said something.

I went after my sons soccer game at 11:15 am expecting fresh pizza. The pizza was hard it tasted old & stale. The lady at the front had an attitude.

Ordered online was given a 30min wait time and it's taken over an hour. This location is consistently under staffed or under skilled. I'm polite and wait my turn but it's pretty ridiculous. I've watched one order go out every 15 min since I've been here. Those ovens only take 8-12 minutes. So many people here because barely anyone is leaving with their order.

Waited for a door dash order for 2 hours before finally driving to the store myself where the first employee was rude and unhelpful in every way. I ended up speaking with a second employee who found my ticket immediately where it had been sitting for the two hours untouched and unmade. Then took almost another hour to finally get my food.

Awful service, we placed an order through doordash kept pushing the dashers out saying the orders still “processing” which lead to us waiting 2 hours for still no pizza. We came to the store finally and the lady in the front got ugly with us and would not assist us until one of their other workers decided to. They tried to give multiple excuses and were very rude. Still waiting for our pizza. DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER!

I ordered a door dash order and it took over 2 HOURS to receive my pizza. I ended up having to pick the pizza up myself and the ticket was just sitting there. The girl that was taking orders also does not possess the capabilities for that role
