I placed an order online at 5, I arrived at the store at 7 and I had to wait an hour for it to be delivered and they didn't give it to me as I asked for it, there were very few employees for the store's demand.

Never come back here again. Guy behind the counter is Racist and complete rude if your white of Hispanic. Literally spoke back to 2 door dasher (white guys)And completely ignore my order of a 6.99 pizza for 40 dam minutes he kept saying coming out. This unacceptable and this person should not be working in fast food establishment. Never coming back to a little Caesar place.

There is absolutely no customer service skills no warm welcoming and on top of that I got refuse service because they didn’t have change for a $20 bill now i can’t even buy a box of pizza cause u guys have no change that is ridiculous !!!!!!

This place need to fire the manager with the Ronald McDonald Red ——- Wig !! We came in there just to order Crazy Puffs and was told it ended @8pm .. cool (but was told they just made that rule to not make them). THEN we kept being told that the managers “don’t feel like making anything” I HAVE OUR WHOLE CONVO with CASHIER VIDEO RECORDED !!! The manager just sat in the back not coming up to say something. Literally had NOTHING MADE except literally 1 Liter drinks on the shelves. The store don’t close til 11PM. They need to tighten up with NEW MANAGEMENT and get a grip like that wig couldn’t!!!

The worse customer service and store I’ve ever been too! Let’s start off with I ordered “cheese” crazy puffs online at 7:29pm, I come in to get my orders at 8:13pm & it was all a mess. After waiting for 40 minutes they make my order wrong. They made all orders of pepperoni crazy puffs, despite ordering cheese & it says cheese on my receipt & the slip on top of the order that “they” print out and look right at. As I waiting people were coming in & they claim they stop taking ordered at 8pm when they close at 10pm which is false advertisement! Also none of the 3 guys working had on gloves! I got a refund because they wanted me to wait another 20 minutes after waiting 4 minutes for the simplest order. I also have videos of other customers complaining and getting into it with a guy because of how rude they were & how they suddenly stop taking orders even though people were waiting in a long line to order. After getting my refund the guy didn’t offer anything for the poor customer service and the inconvenience of me waiting or not being able to even get my order because I don’t eat pork. I said so I can’t even just get something else that’s ready or keep what I had because I touched both orders they gave me when I seen the meat inside and he said no and walked away. They also put one of the orders back for someone else even though I touched them both. I will be calling corporate tomorrow! This is horrible!

The manager has horrible attitude she will curse you out in a second .. The people are not nice that work there and seem like they just dont want to be there.... Also the manager girl makes her own decisions when to close the store i came to pick up a order for Doordash at 10:22pm on a Saturday the doors were locked and the girl was counting her register down and told me they are closed when on there hours of operation it says they close at 11pm on Saturday... So she just shut the store down 40min before closing time.... Very bad customer service and manager does not follow hours of operation.
I get they want to be nice and hire people that live in the community… but at least hire people with good customer service and comprehension skills. That’s the bare minimum.
