I watched the person making the pizza without using an gloves and then he stratched his head and continued. I was discussed. Also the service is ridiculous. Waited for over an hour to get the pizza which went in the trash because of what I saw.

To the woman who was working, what seemed like, alone on 11/11/25 at 9:35pm deserves a reward for her awesome service! That was the fastest this location has ever brought out my food and her customer service was excellent even though she was clearly very busy. Please let her know how much we appreciate her hard work!
They finally got damn near a whole new staff, everyone look clean food is good. Everything is right again in the southwest thx to some blessed Hispanic ppl. THANK GOD yall finally have a serious working crew. Good thing too seeing as all the pizza places are running crazy specials rn.

I ordered my food at 3:33 on Oct 19. via the app. It said my order would be ready for pickup through the drive through between 4:03 to 4:08. I sat in the drive through for 28 minutes. No one ever came to the window AT ALL. AT 4:32 I went inside to request a refund. The lady making the pizza had a funky attitude and was moving extra slow. ( there were 8 customers inside.) I looked at the app and my pizza was even in the oven. I left without my food because I had a hungry 3 yr old in the car. I will be charging that order back on my acct. Don't ever go to that location.
