Your advertisement says you get a dollar off with the crazy puff and I asked the cashier and the cashier just looks at the manager and she just says oh it’s only online and it doesn’t say on the sign just looked at me like I’m crazy i’ve been living on this side of town for 20 years and I didn’t remember why I didn’t came to this little Caesars and always went to the one on South post oak . They’re just very careless here.

placed an order at 7:50, it was ready at 8:23 with the drive through, waited 30 minutes in the drive through since so many cars were there and the line wasn’t moving, which i understand it gets busy but why is my cheese crust pizza crust look so weird?? some parts aren’t even filled with cheese

The only reason that I’m giving one star is because that is the only thing lower however, I would never give any stars. I placed an order this afternoon at 6:20 and it is now 7:59 With a DoorDash and still never received the order they keep telling him five minutes very poor service. I’ve tried to call the store and it goes to a call center. You cannot reach the store by phone to talk to someone never go to this place or order from here.

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVERRRR!! They had a sign on the drive through window telling customers to get down and come inside. Once inside I asked what's wrong with the drive through and he claimed there wasn't enough employees. But I saw 3 for sure! Then his one-eyed self had the audacity to yell at me and curse me out (Sunday morning 3/24/24) with a female employee cosigning for him! They both about to be looking for another job after I get finish reporting them to corporate! Please pull the surveillance videos and hire people suitable and want to work!

Extremely long waiting time.. over 1 hr late.. and the pizza was cold.. bad attitude and all the staff was taking cash and handle food without gloves, hair nets, etc.. other staff member was smoking outside and returning to work without wash his hands..
