Spirit Is Everything
This. Has to be a private franchise only reason I say so,, it's because on July 31st I went in at evening dinner to grab a pizza I preordered on line ,,,being my family and I was so hungry that I didn't have time to go inside I wanted to grab pizza out the warmer and go,,,
so when arrival to the store I was greeted by an Nigerian who was what I assumed management ,,,
I got my pizza order and open up the box to see that the pizza was not to my satisfication ,,,
and me with a calm voice asked if I could kindly have a remake ,,
because the pizza was not the one I order online ,,,no lie no exaggeration,,, because remember our biggest fear is having someone who is preparing the food do something malicious to it once sending food back or preparing food over sooo ,,, then immediately the Nigerian manager became confrontational and told me he was not going to make my food over because he didn't like my facial expression of asking him to make the pizza ,, over as a normal person mentally I was puzzle,,, as you would be also ,,let's be honest the first thing you think is WtH ,,, or umm are you talking to me but no I wanted to ask was he serious and he was most def about standing on his business and said he wasn't gone make it trust and beleive I asked for reasoning but it wasn't none at all maybe he felt I was drama I'm business professional I have a whole career I'm. Nit catching cases our charges for any one the only way my voice would be heard is here on Google non the less
I was so outdone because you passed a judgement on a facial expression when I asked calmly and patiently to have it made over in spite of the inconvenience already he not only yelled and embarrassed me in front of other customers but he treated me as if I was beneath him and he was superior over me I have never in my life been so hurt by his customer service I don't have that type of heart to treat anyone individual like that,,,
I honestly feel for safety reason that people should avoid this place for dinner because if you are one to argue back then you should be ready for what will come back at you with his attitude I'm sure if you did he would probably have a gun laying close by to be prepared for what ever you wanted to bring his way WHO OWNS THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY REALLY NEED TO LOOK INTO THIS ESTABLSIHMENT AND AFTER THIS GOOGLE REVIEW IF YOU WANT YOUR VOICE HEARD LOUDER THEN THIS THEN BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THANKS FOR TAKIMG THE TIME TO READ and moral. Of this story stop patronizing establishments who have bad spirits and unclean hands because you are what you eat 😔

I was told by my sister to call ahead and order hot and ready pizzas. But when I got there I was told that my order was not processed because it was too late. The man than sold me cold bland pizzas. And he lied and said they were stuffed crust.
Parking: It's surrounded by a big shopping center . It looks real beat up. And please be careful out here it's a bad place at night.
