Don't order pizza from here they don't get your order right you call to pre order over the phone and it magically disappeared even if you pay by card there is no point all they are going to tell you if not there fault and not do anything to compensate your time or troubles it's a crappy service and it's not the first time it has happened and they won't give you corporate number to complain

Went to pick up a doordash order she said to wait for 3 minutes i waited for more than 7mins. I had two orders for pickup both the orders were ready but the cashier didn't give the order to me and asked me to wait again. Please be serious on your job. It 08/20/2025 around 8:45pm.

Erika, the cashier was really kind! She greeted me with a smile and asked me how my day went. I come back to Little Caesars for the sauce and for the great customer service like Erica’s.

Today I was excited to try the new stuffed pretzel pizza but when I picked up my order opened the box to see a regular pizza with crust stuffed with cheese. No pretzel crust. So I ask one of the employees to get me a manager or can you help me . I don't think I have my order correct. She grabbed my box took it to the back sprinkle sea salt and brought it back to me, here your pretzel pizza. Not knowing i was watching the whole time. Finally manager came up and didn't ask anything, just said that's the way this company makes it's pretzel pizza and walked off to the back.

this is the first ever bad review i ever had to feel the need to write. ordered for pick up said to arrive at 9:00 pm May 1st. arrived no one even acknowledged our presents just looked. there were a bunch of orders just sitting on a cold table i could clearly see. the lady finally came up to us asked us to pay and check to see if our pizza was ready she came back and said it’s not ready and as she was saying that i THEN saw the guy place the pizza in the keep warm oven. in formed her to check to see if that was our pizza he just placed in there. i got ignored and she walked to the back there are 6 people back there why is there only one in the front but still going in the back to do whatever. we were left standing there for ANOTHER 20 min after being ignored. other ppl asked for their money back and saw them walk out with it. me and my boyfriend went outside to pop the hood of our car to take a look at something and could still see from the glass NO ONE was customer servicing the other 4 ppl WAITING. we walked back in and she finally CARED to get the lobby down. she gave a guy 3 boxes of pizza and 2 wing boxes that had been SITTING THERE READY on a cold table for 30 minutes or longer that order was ready when we even arrived and he was there too i could see from my view. she finally handed us the pizza it was the SAME pizza i told her that may be OURS and GOT ignored. me and my boyfriend work 12 hour shifts just ready to come home eat and lay down ive worked at subway as my first job and would’ve NEVER gave this type of customer service. WHEN YOU START ASSISTING A CUSTOMER YOU FINISH ASSISTING THE CUSTOMER OR AT LEAST SAY SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE. please do better or train them better. we spent a hour waiting. once we got HOME which we only live 6 minutes away the cheese wasn’t even melted anymore cold and the toppings were FALLING OFF as we were eating. i almost clocked in my damn self seeing those ppl just standing like they were ghosts to them
Great food. Picked up a hot n ready pizza for a client. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The service was great.

Sure do love waiting over an hour for pizza that is stale cold. Carboard taste hard as a rock and has 0 sauce. Poor management hire more people this place fell off years ago finally done going here. Ill just travel extra 15 minutes for an actual decent pizza

This little Caesar’s has really bad poor customer service! The employees act like they don’t want take your order in front! They automatic walk away like nothing!! Then you have to wait like a hour for your order to come out it really ridiculous! Needs a new manger that really cares about the job

If you go during the day it’s pretty good and fast paced, but at night, they’re usually overwhelmed. It’s hard to get your food out on time with all the other orders they’re doing, but again they could always just hire more people. Food is ok though sometimes they cut our pizza’s sloppy
