I would’ve given this a solid 3 to 4 stars, but they tend to give you any drink other than what you have ordered on the menu when they have what you ordered in stock. To top it off, they will only exchange for the inconvenience on delivery. Why would I drive all the way there when it was a delivery option? I should get delivery, service fee, and tip back with a coupon for a free pizza. But hey, customer service and appreciation are concepts that aren’t appreciated these days. You already got 45 of my dollars.

Every time I’ve come here, I’ve had workers ignore me and not even acknowledge my presence, or they will stare and avoid coming to the cashier to take my order. So this last time I decided to make a drive-thru order to see if my experience would be better. Once again I was disappointed. The lady in the drive-thru kept interrupting me, talking in a condescending tone, and kept closing the window before I finished my sentences. The food is always good, but it’s disappointing to have this service every time I come to this location.

Disappointing Experience

I recently visited Little Caesar’s with my mom and had a terrible experience. The cashier, Paris A. , was not only inefficient but also displayed blatant racism towards us. We were treated with disrespect and disdain, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, the food was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The quality was subpar, and the portion sizes were small considering the price.

The cashier's behavior was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The lack of customer service and blatant racism makes me question the values of this establishment.

I had no choice but to put a one star or else I wouldn’t have put any at all . They agreed to cancel my order because i order 3 hot and ready (which should be ready already) and told me i had to wait 12 min (understood) while MULTIPLE customers come in and out getting 1 or 2 hot and ready’s walk ins . She was rude & was talking with an attitude. Would definitely not come back for attitude. Worst service ever.
