Little Cashier girl in the drive through doesn’t like her job she’s very rude and didn’t wanna answer my questions won’t be coming back to this location

I ordered two pizzas online, left home 10 minutes later, and still had to wait 15 minutes at the store, only for the pizzas to come like warm at best. Since the store is so poorly run maybe they were sitting there already done the whole time I was waiting???
To top it off, my “Hawaiian” pizza showed up as a sad ham-only pizza with zero pineapple. When I called, the manager flat out said she didn’t have any pineapple and there was nothing she could do about it. No remake, no discount, no store credit. Then she hung up the phone.

If you don’t have the ingredients, don’t sell the pizza. That’s like selling a sundae and forgetting the ice cream. Corporate, you really need to check on this store. They’re missing ingredients, serving luke warm food, and the management is unprofessional at best.

Unprofessional, rude, and a poor excuse for customer service. Disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover this store. I won’t be ordering from this pizza franchise ever again.

Absolute trash customer service. The little girl that worked at the register on August 2nd at 10:30am has terrible customer service and clearly doesn’t want to do her job. I wanted to order a fantastic 4 pizza and just asked them to keep the sausage off and she stated I could not do that. I asked when your making it you can’t keep the sausage off? I’m not adding toppings I just don’t like the sausage. She said no and it’s gonna be a 13 min wait. As if you she didn’t even want to make it. There was not a customer in site!!! Not to mention I walk in and say hello and she just looks at me. No greeting or anything. Stopping hiring kids who don’t want to work or give good customer service!!!

the pizza here seems to never be ready when I get there but the flip side is that its always hot when I get it 🥰.. the wait is usually not very long & the staff is always nice and polite.

Picked up a pineapple and cheese pizza along with a pepperoni hot n' ready. This establishment was recommended from the company at my home. The price was reasonable. They definitely need to clean the front door and drive-thru glass. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. I wouldn't have chosen this restaurant. I wouldn't return for myself. If others in my household request this place I'll gladly pick it up for them.

Great place to stop and order fresh pizza even at night time YES loved it. But the people that work there seem to be under pressure and have ugly attitudes. No greating no thank you, No thank you for coming and no thank you for buying pizza. Just blah... The pizza was made fresh and made delicious. Other than tht great spot to get a $5.55 pepperoni pizza 🍕
